That was the humor of SBFP. Heck, Pat poked fun at Liam and Woolie in lots of videos when they weren't there. If you don't find that humor enjoyable, it's ok. It's like Newgrounds and its content not being for everyone.
Matt may not like the spinning platforms that shadow rides whilst accompanied by Charmy, but what he doesn't realize, is Nintendo stole this shitty property, and psuedo perfected in Twilight Princess, a couple years later...
I remember during a Wha Happun episode, Matt claimed that he doesn't like to go for the low hanging fruit. This baffled me cuz at the time, Matt had already gone for the low hanging fruit that is the exaggerated hate of mediocre Sonic game on the SBFP channel and covering the bad Sonic games on earlier Wha Happun episodes. Maybe in the end, Matt embodied the qualities of all the other Super Best Friends. The LIar, The Cheater, and The Traitor.
