Wdym you need to flex your glutes and use a bit of hip drive. Its an accessory which helps squatting and deadlifts. Also leg drive and arching back if youre into that to practice bench press. How else do you think these powerlifters get 1100 kg totals?

Magic trick explained by someone with a brain. David signed a card beforehand, there is a matching card, he put that card he signed originally into the wallet, although he made it look like he put CBum's card there, then he put CBum's card in his mouth. The DL he signed second is somewhere else.
