I'm glad you packed mine on the video, although it was my third order, not my second. (First one was from etsy...) And I absolutely love the pieces that I got. It got here safe and sound in the Netherlands.
I also can't believe someone says no to a freebie scoop! I bought a little jar for the chips that I got now, and it's so pretty!

Ugh that makes me so mad for you about that horrible customer. I swear some people have absolute BRAIN ROT. I think tiktok consumer culture influences this weird behaviour as well. The fact that you have so many loyal customers speaks volume about you as a successful business! Keep it up girly!!!

How low can you get to complain and open a case about a FREE gift?!?! That shouldn't even be allowed on etsy but, hey, etsy breaks their own own rules nowadays, but punishes us sellers. I'm so sorry you had to go through this.

She said the scoop basically felt "personal" like I intentionally gave her a "bad scoop" even though its the same scoops everyone gets. It was very strange, and even worse she got upset about my out of office response because she messaged me upset about the scoop at like 9pm and than decided to open a case because my auto response felt "disrespectful" even though it's just a FAQ.
