  • In an era where limitless information is available at the tap of a finger, the ability to memorize information is becoming a lost art. In this talk, Ammaar Khan reflects on his personal experience with memorization to paint the concept of memory in a new light - a powerful ability that anyone can master. Ammaar Khan, a Grade 12 Student at Laurel Heights Secondary School in Waterloo, ON, is a driven Grade 12 student with a profound enthusiasm for motorsports and engineering. Beyond his academic pursuits, he finds joy in biking and playing volleyball. At the heart of his school's innovation, Ammaar serves as a dedicated member of the Electric Vehicle Club.
    Ammaar's leadership extends beyond the classroom as he holds the position of President in the Muslim Student Association at Laurel Heights. Recognized for his outspoken and proactive nature, Ammaar plays an integral role in his community by organizing engaging youth events and readily volunteering his time and expertise.
