I really miss the midnight quilt show! I felt like I was part of a fun quilting club and it inspired me to buy quilt patterns and kits to make quilts. I go back and rewatch the entire series when I feel like I have lost my inspiration for sewing.

Angela, do you use bloc-loc rules or a striplogy ruler when your not filming? If so why dont you use them in your videos? I ask cause I do and they make life so much easier, especially for flying geese. 😁
You always do such a beautiful job. I LOVE the Quilting on this. I may just pull out some solids and practice. I'm a beginner without the rulers yet but have the regular darning foot. Practice makes better. 😉

You will have better luck if you starch the fabric before you cut ... I also use the FONS AND PORTER trim templates to provided engineered corners for my triangles.

I have a question , you quilt beautifully and a lot. I just start my freehand Maschine quilting. Now I wonder what it means when it says on cotton batting “ quilt up to 10cm “. Is it that I need to quilt no closer than 10 cm together😳, or should the quilting be at least every 10 cm. ? I would appreciate it, if anyone could tell me.

Funny, I just saw you using a marker. I made a zipped pouch and the threads didn't match so I used a marker to color the thread to match the zipper. No one noticed!

Flatter isn’t starch though, right? It relaxes the fabric which is exactly what you *don’t* want when dealing with bias edges.

Maria Rogers there is a sticky spray that can hold it together, but I can’t remember what it’s called though.

I'm new to this but can we add stabilizer to pieces on the bias?
Not on a quilt. I have to the edges under an applique but you wouldn't want to for this. There's another way to keep the bias from being the sewn edge but I takes more fabric. And you have HST left over of the two colors.
