    Reminds me of my u12s coach I’m 20 now and he’s still had a big impact on who I am, that coach seems like a legendary bloke

    Under 12's. Did they actually understand want he said ? People like this do not need to be teaching our kids. Cant even speak properly . What an example for our kids. Good for volunteering but how to turn people off .

    SUprised this speech is allowed now days, how dare you encourage kids to give 100%.. I am serious, the way junior sport is going, anything encouraging kids to win or expecting 100% is unacceptable. Speeches in 20 years will be just "go out and have fun" Obviously you shouldn't give spray or get too angry at kids at this age, but its sad that these sorts of motivation/encouraging speeches are being weened out.

      Natural Disaster mate ur a wired wierd person to think that, How can you say that giving kids hope is bad and giving everything you got is bad? I bet u haven't played sport then

    • @naturaldisaster6871
      @naturaldisaster6871 7 років тому +2

      Nah, youve misunderstood me.. Youth sports are starting to become more and more softer, leagues taking away the competition and scoring.. What I am saying is in 20 years, great speeches like this won will probably be considered bad.

      My post Is being grossly misinterpret here. I love this kind of thing! THis is the example of a great coach for youths... My point was, the direction this nation is going, one day that will be considered wrong or harmful... Competition is now frowned upon in youth sports, its sad.

      read my post carefully, particuarlly the last sentence "Obviously you shouldn't give spray or get too angry at kids at this age, but its sad that these sorts of motivation/encouraging speeches are being weened out. "
