Pally I don’t know what you were thinking at the end of the video but this was one of your best videos in a while. Despite a relatively uneventful game, your commentary was top notch. Also, your throwing of the siege giant was so funny.
This is unrelated to the video, but I was playing Leoric for the first time in a long time recently and I realized he has some great options throughout his talent choices. Need more slows on your swing? Got it. Enemies out-ranging you? longer range Q. Laning a bunch? More damage to minions and monsters. Need to drain more %health because the enemy team is too tanky? You got it! Need to deal more damage? Swing faster and harder! Need to help peel and keep your team alive? Wraith Walk talents have you covered! I guess all I'm saying is a Leoric deep dive would be nice to see. Lots of viable options on that hero's kit.
My talent choises and (reasoning) 1. Warbreaker (this quest completed makes the cooldown of throw pretty much equal the ground breaker with mortal combo on 1 enemy) 4. Indomitable or Thrist for Battle (Indomitable almost always, if enemy has low damage or no cc the other can be really good on those rare situations, can make you able to win long drawn out tank battles) 7. Oppressor or Intimidation (depending on auto attackers or mages. I'd love lok tar but I think it needs to be buffed, some cooldown reduction when saving friendlies would make me pick it more) 10. Warlord Challenge (Because its more fun, decimate probably can be pretty good if picked for its lvl 20) 13. Bloodcraze (so much healing, works well with the armor trait, can bait people to their deaths quite easy, goes well with thirst for battle, I think the armor buff is pretty underwhelming) 16. Mortal Combo (making the throw ground breaker combo makes the cooldown just 5 seconds or so) 20. Titans Might (can make the cooldown of throw 0 seconds when throwing 2 enemies, not to mention minions don't bother as much anymore when trying to pick someone up.) At level 20 you can throw enemies at least 3 times in a row with no cooldown using the mortal combo & titans might. Too much fun combo to pass up. I bet the seasoned veteran, bloodcraze thirst blood and decimate at 10 and 20 could be powerful as well for tankiness and reducing the whole enemy team damage but its just not as fun than being able to throw almost all the time. I mean mostly enemies, not just the game.
yeah typically forcing yourself into a set build hinges on multiplicative benefits (like increased range Jaina Q + pierce), but it really doesn't have to be like that, especially when there is no direct synergy aside from the same icon (like 10% better frost slow to land more spells). what I'm saying here is that I agree with mortal combo. it's the one talent that increases value of all other throwing talents.
@@Teleios1501 Exactly my experience as well and I've tried it extensively since it goes well with the first Warbreaker talent and I often skip the Thirst for Battle. Still it always feels worse than Bloodcraze. Unreliable damage mitigation that can often be interrupted while the heal is instant. If you would get more armor by stunning more enemies then it might be more worth to consider. Reward for playing well.
I’ve said it before, Pally has an unbelievable talent to be able to be entertaining and commentate while playing at a high level. I can hardly even tell someone what toppings I want on a pizza while in a team fight.
i actually downloaded this game last week and its 100% your fault pally....and i still maintain that Deckard should be your next deep dive but going with what i mentioned last time with Vessel of Hatred coming out i wouldnt mind seeing Mephisto either
Honestly I didn’t notice a difference in the commentary. Though I did notice Pally off in the distance playing hide and seek while his team is fighting😂.

ive tried to make the armour buff at 13 work for so long but its just inferior compared to the increased heal
