Dov, I am watching this in incorrect order. I watched (Several times for some, too cool) but, seeing the finished bomber seats installed while you are adding tail lights or what not, but I thought these were salvage from airplanes or jets! I am watch #2 to see how these take the shape I am used to seeing already. I love the simple jig welded, indexed with stops for bending. I would guess you bought the sheet metal 1mm (19 gauge) but I am jealous if you have a local scrape yard to pick from. Metal has gone sky high as everyone from the steel mills, distributor, over the road transportation, fuel cost (Today, Diesel is $5.00 US per gallon) to the seller. It cost $0.13 cents per sq ft to make, but sells for $2.53 to get it. Sad how many fingers have found into your wallet.
Hope you are well, ate good food and had a great time making today's memories and have a cold one for me! DK, Omaha.

Temperatures in South Africa vary widely depending on where you live. I my area (Ruiterbosch, Southern Cape) temperatures are quite mild. Winter nights might go down to freezing point and create some frost. Never any snow. Winter day time temps can go as high as 25 deg C, average maybe 15 -20. In summer, the average day time temps is 25 - 30 deg C
