Majestic flexbase and coolbase where awesome. They're pre coolbase replicas were decent but coolbase and further their replicas and limiteds are subpar
3:35 the numbers aren't even straight... They're slanted left... How did Fanatics and Nike possibly give these jerseys the green light of approval. The design is horrible, the material is terrible, and the quality control is non-existent. The second MLB left Majestic was the worst decision they could've possibly made.
Thanks for the helpful review JJ! These don't seem as bad as I thought they'd be. I know it didn't matter, but I wish they kept the fake stitching on the name and numbers like the previous replicas. Gave it a little something extra that made it seem better than it actually was.
Thanks for watching! For me a couple minuses over last year but more pluses. Still not the best they could have but overall minus the price they are better
Thanks for the review. Just picked up one of these Mets jerseys for half off at Citi Field since they had a big sale. It's expensive but at half off it's not bad.
Great review👍🏽 I’m super happy that MLB is getting back to the previous line of authentics though. Been stocking up on blank/no names of the old authentics and even got a couple for dirt cheap that I can strip so I can get them sewn with kits of players I want. Definitely worth it vs paying 395+ for the elites
@@AaronMedina2000 thanks for watching! Yeah man, the new ones are definitely a let down. Hopefully they go back to the d or make a all new even better version
Thanks for watching. You could try steamer if that doesn't work. Put a piece of cardboard on the inside of the Jersey, then a piece of parchment paper on the number, and then a white T-shirt on top of the paper, iron hits starting with the absolute lowest setting possible. Test a corner of the number first to make sure it doesn't damage the number. If it holds with the lowest heat gradually increase testing each time. What's the highest heat possible, iron it like you would another piece of clothes.
How is the fit compared vs last year ? The replica size large fits me great but I don’t know if this New Jersey is a little smaller than last years replicas
I have some L from last year which not me g4eat. Got an L limited, fits quite a lot tighter all over except the sleeves which were looser. Weird! You really need to try one if you can, I have returned my L Limited and ordered an XL.
Do you usually wear a large for tee shirts and hoodies or did you size down one for the jersey? Just wondering because for last years jerseys I had to size down one. Not sure if it’s the same this year
@@jersey_jaguar I've got the Nike Vapor Limited replica jerseys which I believe (according to your videos) is pressed-on twill. So you recommend signing on the numbers for these jerseys? Do you recommend a fine or broad paint pen?
@@bronxbomber3000 thanks for watching. The limited do run a hair small but it's a minimal difference. I'd stick to the same size unless you're current is very tight
Hey thank you for your informative video i own the older replica i want to buy a limited to try it. Would these limited be slimmer than the older replica of last year?
Thank you as always for your insight. I will be passing on these. Not that I would buy a Pirates one for the player to just be traded 😂 learned that lesson before.
I just got a Nike Dri-FIT limited football jersey for Michigan State. The number was actually stitched instead of the fake heat pressed Applique with the zigzag pattern, so I was hoping the same thing was true with the Nike Dri-FIT limited Detroit tigers jersey I just ordered, but alas I'll be slightly disappointed. I only paid $100 from fanatics after discounts and fast cash for the customized baseball jersey, so can't complain too much after getting it essentially 50% off list price
Excellent question. Nba easy choice. Nhl authentics and NFL are different than what the players wear. Mlb is extremely expensive. Nba you get the same thing minus added length for $200. Soccer if you include it is on top
For as much crap is being thrown around about the jerseys I really do think that the addition of front numbers is huge. It always bothered me that MLB jerseys were the only replicas that didn’t even come close to the on field look for most teams.
im a philadelphia phillies fan and my favorite player is bryce harper im a new baseball fan over the past few years so im looking at getting a jersey is it worth it to buy one or should i wait

@@jersey_jaguar make a video of it. I have a giants baseball jersey from Japan. Made by muzino. The replica is almost like the older majestic version. Made in Japan never had any issues.
The materials feel like toilet paper..the fit is disgusting..the iron MLB logo looks crappy and with all the iron on crap on it 😂 everything will fall off on the 2nd or 3rd wash..nothing about the 2024 jerseys are good- all garbage 😂
It wasn't that long ago that replicas were $100. When they raised it to $135, they should have added the front numbers to justify the increase. $175 is a joke for what you get. But hey, at least the Nike swoosh is now of the highest quality! I don't buy replicas anymore (it's hard to go back after you get your first authentic), but if I wanted a replica that still didn't look like the real thing, I'd go DH Gate at this point and save money.
Thanks for watching and for the feedback! I agree man, after you get a couple authentics in the collection, replicas just aren't the same. Swingmans limited rep etc should be $110 max

Just discovered your channel. Really enjoyed your opinions on the new mlb jerseys. Could you do a size guide vid for mlb jerseys? Thanks.
Thanks for watching! I have a size guide in the works should be out soon
Do you usually wear a large for tee shirts and hoodies or did you size down one for the jersey? Just wondering because for last years jerseys I had to size down one. Not sure if it’s the same this year
Tshirts I do small -large it just depends on the brand / style. I'd say go with your normal size on these
Wonder how customization will work with those New Jerseys….
I'm thinking the same as it's just heat pressed twill. Most team shops and kids etc can do them in house
What type of pen do you recommend to get these jerseys autographed and should it be autographed on the press-on twill numbers or on the actual jersey?
Always on the number unless it's heat pressed vinyl. These I recommend paint pen
@@jersey_jaguar I've got the Nike Vapor Limited replica jerseys which I believe (according to your videos) is pressed-on twill. So you recommend signing on the numbers for these jerseys? Do you recommend a fine or broad paint pen?

If it's from oxidation then unfortunately it can't be moved
so runs small a bit then since its dri fit material?
