Good review. I bought the Challenge 1 hoping to get that GP Turbo feeling and you are spot on. I was disappointed as it is not pillowy like the GP turbo. I also concur about the rounded skate like feeling in the toe box and the need for better lockdown in the heel/ankle. Bogs my mind why shoes don't always include an extra eyelet. It's not like people have to use them. For those looking for the next GP Turbo (since Nike doesn't seem to want to re-release it) the Challenge 1 is not that shoe :(
@MPTennis Reason I ask is I like trying at the store before buying and selection is typically horrid (e.g. Dicks of late). So was entertaining the idea of basketball shoes. Not super high at the ankle but higher than normal.
Serve at 7:51 was ridiculous.

This video is getting me more interested in shoes in general. Curious, what is your opinion on ankle support. First, second, third priority?
For me very important. A top priority.

is the outsole good also for clay? what do u think?
I think the clay variants of shoes are better on clay.
Would love to see you review the budget shoes like Nike vapor lite 2 and Nike court lite 4

Hahha thank you!
Any comparison between the Vapor 2s and the Challenge 1? Any preference?
