What a treat to hear him talk about the artistry in the manner he does. Understanding how colors are part of the characters Jackson and Ally and then as they merge the colors merge as well. I never thought about it in that way, but it’s actually such a beautiful way to show a love story!

LizVictory6661 I agree! I think his acting in the movie was phenomenal and his directing was remarkable! I haven’t seen many of the other movies nominated so I can’t compare, but judging on performance alone (acting and directing), he deserves a win for sure!

I'm sad I didn't see this when it was in the theaters. One of my favorite movies and soundtracks! I listen to the soundtrack in my car all the time!
As a Country, rock and southern musicholic I thoroughly enjoyed said music, and the whole atmosphere surrounding the concerts and other sounds.
Really enjoyed watching this. Bradley is so articulate and insightful, makes me love the film even more than I already do. Also, totally here for his sweater of muted colours.

I really hope Bradley wins for Best Actor. He will be nominated for Director (deservedly so) but I think his best chance of winning is for his acting here. He should’ve won for American Sniper. He’s got a few years to go before he wins director.

Omg I can't wait to bye this and watch it over and over agin. This movie is so amazing! It's so well done, I love how they show what it's like for celebrities. I can't get the songs out of my head they all are so amazing. And Lady Gaga looks so beautiful with out makeup and Bradley looks so handsome. I was so impressed by Gaga's acting and Bradley's voice. I think Bradley and Gaga work so well together. I love this movie so much.

Bradley is a gangsta! Learning to sing and play the guitar just to protest love. Amazing . If you say different yuck fou! Bahaha also he did this just to be the best. Even though he had no skill in that area. Hard work yields results. Amazing conviction. Be good or be great your choice. People have given him the worst reviews coming up he said fuck you . And Clint was supposed to direct this. But Bradley kept pushing and doin it with love to make it happen on his own. Guaranteed they gave him pressure. First movie directed as a leading man is hard enough without holding your own singing with gaga he couldn't do it and and he gave them all a double birdie with extra credits. If someone says you can't just get up dress up and show up. He's my hero. Hard work and passion

Gaga ought to go natural more often. She is absolutely beautiful with not a stitch of makeup on, and her natural haircolor is BEAUTIFUL!

I know Clint Eastwood work and he is a great director, however, I think A Star is born would have been a different movie. I just hope Bradley Cooper keeps making movies because he just raised the bar in my opinion, the entire movie I felt I was following the characters not just watching them on a screen, there are so many nice scenes but my favorite two would be when she joins him to sing Shallow, the moment they are singing together when the camera is behind, the smoke, the lights etc. amazing scene and then the scene when he is walking to his garage with the belt in his hand, the camera's focal point is his hand holding the belt, walking towards the garage, all we see is his intention and what is about to happen, then the cameras are still outside the garage and you can barely make out of what just happened by looking inside the garage through one of the small windows, just horrifying but intimate without revealing what just happened, and his dog just lies down outside the door. Incredible movie, you have to watch it.

The fact that Bohemian Rhapsody won Sound Mixing is ridiculous and juat proves the Oscars are a joke, same with Suicide Squad winning best costume and again Bohemian Rhapsody winning best editing, just absolutely stupid, the best actor is one thing but then you go and watch the behind the scenes of both movies and you can see the difference one is trying to tell a story, to be an actual movie and the other is just throwing sound together to get a finished product, I think its dumb Bohemian Rhapsody even got nominations for those 2 things
