That is one of the most beautiful sceneries in the world. (On a personal note: my heart hurt for you among the mob of others visitors❤) I'm grateful you did manage to obtain some peace while sharing your exploration!!!
China is very big and diversity, there are many beautiful lakes like this in china that no one knows and less people.especially in the Qinghai Xinjiang and Xizang.
Lately. I’ve been checking out lots of vloggers who recently visited China(thx to visa free changes), yours is one of the very few if not the only one that gave me a massive “wow” 😮 impression. The quality was exceptionally high. And yes, China is absolutely beautiful. Your amazing videos definitely does its justice.
@@shawneydepp, agreed, I brought my X30 to Zhangjiajie last month too but I removed the medium mirrorless core and used (surprise !!) my Wandrd Pro Cube which fits too and it's also thinner in terms of depth and I can fit more in the Shimoda front pockets without the bulk. The Wandrd Pro Cube also fits my Manfrotto Element Carbon Fibre tripod inside and I I bought a Think Tank harness to carry my Wandrd Pro Cube as a small and lighter backpack (while leaving my Shimoda inside the private tour bus) for few hours of walking and shooting. Found this combinations which I really liked which many photographers are not aware of. By the way, I'm from Malaysia.
Another great video that is inspirational for my next trip! Thank you for the efforts. I would like to know how did you book the car transfer between the HSR 黄龙九寨station and your hotel?
Much thanks! Best would be 3D2N. Day 1 - Take a train from Chengdu early in the morning , and then head over to Huanglong Scenic Area from Huanlong Jiuzhai Station. Then stay at Jiuzhai valley area Day 2 - Full day at Jiuzhaigou Day 3 - Leave Jiuzhaigou
Just came back from Plitvice. This area looks very similar. I would love to go, but I don’t think I could handle the crowds. Looks like they turned it into Disneyland.
Nobody tell this guy about Lake Kanas in Xinjiang or the various Mongolian grasslands in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang or that apricot blossom valley in Xinjiang. Nobody tell him about the all the scenic IG spots in China.
Hi, Shawney. Thanks for making this video right before I plan to go there in two weeks 😆. Quick question, though, after you're done in Huanglong and wanted to go back, can we buy the cable car ticket to go down on the spot? Because I've been using Trip for all the booking and accommodation but I can't seem to find one for the cable car down. Only one that goes up inclusive the entrance ticket.
Yes you can get a cable car ticket down when you’re there. However, it’s quite a long walk back and if I had the time, I’d walk down instead as there are a couple more pools on the way down
@ Well noted and thanks for the information, man! I’ll see if I’ll have the time to walk down, as I’ll be needing to get my 4pm bus on the same day to Jiuzhaigou.
Those who always complain when they go travelling crowd here crowds there r not a suitable traveller, a moon travel suit them more, they can have it all by themselves 😂
Appreciate the honesty. Yeah it really isn’t the cup of tea for everyone, the domestic crowds can be quite a turn off. But when you do find spots away from them, it’s also quite nice
With 1.4 billion of population , l fully understand the situation. India, Bangladesh are even worse.( China at least are so clean, organised and safe )
Until they see this park and the sichuan Four Sisters mountain range. Croatia's plitvice has similar scenerio but this place is 5 times biggier and has snow mountains that plitvice does not offer!
I used trip.com to book the shuttle. It’s about $35usd if using the private car for yourself, and about $10usd if carpooling with someone else. The shuttlebus is the most economical at about $5usd
This is a beautiful location that I had never heard of. What a discovery! Makes my desires for wanderlust go wild. Thanks for bringing us along on your journey and making it so immersive to experience.

Would def love to check out the lesser known gems in China other than the touristy ones

Absolutely stunning ❤
The transition from waterfall to beef hotpot makes me chuckle.

Yea my thoughts too!
The lakes are so niceee (minus the crowd) 😂. Awesome video bro!👍
Would have been perfect without that amount of people :’)
I can see the Shimoda Explore 25L V2 there 😂😂, anyone carries a Shimoda is a true camera person. Nice videography overall and nice color grading too 👍
It’s the best camera bagpack 🤙🏻 thanks man!

Phenomenal video!
How long do you think you need to do this whole trip? I'm doing a day trip to Chengdu from Chongqing but would love to do this as well if possible
Much thanks! Best would be 3D2N.

Great video ❤🎉❤. Following from Korea ❤❤😅😊
Awesome thank you!
When I was a kid, it took seven days to get from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou by bus, and you could swim in the lake.
Would be a dream to swim in these lakes. And wow 7 days to get there is insane
你找到一个很漂亮的地方,但更希望你能找到一个陪你旅游的人,加油!
Beautiful (minus the crowd). Can you tell us exactly when did you go?
I went during end Sept, 1 week before the national holidays
There are too many tourists in Jiuzhaigou . Next time tyr hiking on Siguniang Mount, It's very peace and quiet.
What camera are you using?
Sony a7siii mainly

Thanks for pointing this out. Found out only after I was back
Is drone allow to fly in China?
Yes it’s allowed. Just not in certain areas like in Jiuzhaigou

i think not the most BEAUTIFUL lake in China Because in mainland China Nature is grand and majestic, very beautiful. And China is a very big country.
If I may know, how many times have you put your camera down to record you walking away, then come back to take it? 😁
Too many to count 😂
Those who always complain when they go travelling crowd here crowds there r not a suitable traveller, a moon travel suit them more, they can have it all by themselves 😂
The fact is, it’s crowded and I’m just sharing about the actual situation so that people are aware of it. The nature there is still spectacular
some blue ass water bro
Bluest ass waters to ever exist
I cannot… the crowd.. I really cannot
To be very very honest: despite all the scenic spots..China is still remains loooooooooow in my list

Glad to know that :) I booked via trip.com (I have the link in the description) they also have bus shuttles which is a lot cheaper
