Phenomenal work. These are the statistics we need when doing those startup drafts or looking to see who is worth targeting in trades. Thanks for another insightful and in depth video!
Hey man I just discovered your stuff somehow. I love it. Your explanations and insight into the theory of dynasty management is great. Keep making them!
This channel helped me think about trading from a different perspective which helped me make some good moves during the rookie draft. Picked up Evan Engram for 3.02 and 3.12, and traded Jelani Woods for a future 3rd and 4th. Great content as always!
coincidence that i'm about to update WR ranklngs today - and yes, they are linear/stacked, and yes, i hate that - not dynamic or nuanced at all - but i sooorta do the bucket thing after my first few tiers; but very broadly, not like this - and it's more true in the offseason bc people start mixing together more in-season... if i had any kind of coding skills, i'd come up with a platform to rank dynamically, even "3-D" in a sense... great video as usual
Random thoughts: I know Josh Palmer is not and will likely never be a top tier WR, but when I looked into it, absent Keenan and Mike (and ignoring the games he got injured in) he was a >13ppg player and drawing targets at roughly the same rate as guys like Christian Kirk. With how cheap he is, he's a guy I have been consistently betting on in my leagues. I think he has a good shot to be a good sell high option by week 4, if not a guy you just want to keep on your roster.
It's possible. I'm always skeptical of those extremely small samples. When we factor in the addition of Ladd and a reduction in total pass attempts, I suspect he lands in the 10-11 PPG range.
Im new to the channel, enjoyed the video! Im pretty sure you would enjoy having my wrs, jjettas, sungod, ridley, dionte Johnson, pop, wicks, oduze, Coleman, and btj
As someone who couldn't pass up on breece at the 2.10 in my start up and grabbed a qb in the 3rd, I missed out on a top star WR. What would you recommend with a starting WR lineup of Aiyuk, Moore, Adam's, Dell and a pick you poison of Shakir, Downs, and Palmer?
@@schuttd0wn that’s honestly a pretty solid WR core, so don’t think you need to force a move. That being said, I think Aiyuk is generally a little overvalued right now, so you could try to move him with a small + to get into that superstar tier.
Subbed. Love the feedback. Would you rather have Lamar or Goff, Zamir, Brian thomas and a 2025 2nd? Superflex 12 team start 9 idk if you need more info.
I have a question about dynasty superflex. Started this year and have Mahomes but the rest of my team is a little below average. Would you suggest tiering down from Mahomes for future picks? And if so what would be a good package. I also have Tua and drake maye
Hmm, if your team is really low value I'd consider moving Mahomes. But only if you can get a significant + on top of another high-end QB like Kyler, Herbert, or Lawrence. If the situation isn't that dire, I'd rather roll with Mahomes and Maye as my top two QBs, pick up a cheap QB3 like Carr or Geno, and sell Tua to the highest bidder.
What should I require in addition to Mike Evans to trade away Rome Odunze? Would you take Evans, Ty Chandler, 25 3rd & 26 2nd? I have a very young WR set with Ceedee, Amon Ra, Nico Collins & Rashee Rice and can improve at RB
@@PurePotentialFF See, that's where play-calling gets into everything. I can't believe I need to remind people about this but Matt Eberflus boasted So Convincingly about controlling the Bears' offense that media stopped speaking to Luke Getsy. Then he started calling those plays he couldn't answer questions about & like an Angry Dad thought he could shut reporters up by chop-waving his hand at them. This didn't work, then about 2 weeks too late Fields also decided to risk his career by calling out "his coaches." He diplomatically named no one specifically, but this still caused Eberflus to panic & he finally allowed Getsy more control. & _that's when_ *the **_Bears,_* let me repeat, the pre-D.J. Moore _Bears_ became the #1 offense in the entire NFL for 3 weeks straight! If you're tempted to dismiss this as a fluke by all means point me to all the other bust QBs that have had such flukes in the past 50 years. They don't exist. Mahomes, Allen nor Burrow & his WR _trio_ have had such streaks. It wasn't a fluke then, & it wasn't a fluke in '23 when weeks 11, then 14-17 the Same Plays also increased offensive production. Odunze is going to be playing for the play-caller that _cancelled_ all these plays that worked, plus possibly a guy who was in Seattle wqhen Dave Canales showed him how to make Geno Smith a top-10 QB with only 2 receivers then couldn't equal that production with the addition of JSN, Jake Bobo & Zach Charbonnet who is supposedly a great receiving back but you couldn't tell that by the offense he ran all season in Seattle. I mean no one on this staff knows how to scheme receivers open. & Williams is _not_ the most accurate of passers. It's kind of the same with the running game. Waldron didn't get one going in Seattle, the Bears are leaving Roschon Johnson on the bench & going after Swift because...? It's not like they've been giving RJ any chances. The reason looks like RJ has been measured as faster in games with the ball in his hands than in practices or at the combine. So it's likely that Eberflus is thinking "this guy sucks in practice" & won't give him touches. Ze play-calling eet ees 'ow you say, "socking."
Would you take Tank Dell and a 25 2nd for Nico? Im considering countering for a 1st Im under the belief that Nico will be WR1 with his long term contract over Diggs, however I don’t see Tank getting more targets than Diggs with his cost, at least next year.
I think Jamison williams is being slept on for the first time in his career. He is healthy and out of trouble and #2 WR. I think he will have 1150 yards 7 TDs

I really hate the graph at the beginning stating the super obvious. Yeah, more points better player, the younger the better. 🤷♂️ I wish you would have never shown that graph in this particular video. Defining the buckets I was tuned into was the behind the curtain look to see a strategy to find players that I should be looking at that maybe no one knows they are to break out, instead we get “more points more better”. I will try to see the rest of the video, but I had to stop here to comment first. I hope it gets better.
