This is beyond disappointing. Dave talks every day about how great they are doing because we, the listeners, are sharing the show etc. Now they punish their listeners... Ive listened for 20 years and listened every single day. This just smells like greed and really makes me look at the Ramsey organization in a whole new light.

You can watch a few episodes and learn everything Dave teaches. It’s a really simple program, and I would guess most viewers (like myself) just watch for the calls. No way I’m letting them sell my email address to watch a few more calls. Let’s see how long it takes before they realize this was a bad idea.

With regard to the app - I don’t mind watching the entire show on the app, but PLEASE make it possible to pause during the live stream and return to the same spot later. I watch at my own pace during work. Right now, if I pause, return 30 minutes later and click play, it automatically moves me to the live feed rather than where I left off. That’s what makes the app a no go right now. Please fix that, and it’ll be fine.

I'm not downloading, decidcating space to, and giving data permissions to MORE apps so you can make money selling my data to third party companies. I really liked the podcast and will still watch on here, I wish I could watch it all on here. I feel like I've been bait-and-switched. Your youtube audience helped make your podcast what it is. This feels disrespectful, but anything for a dollar, I can respect the hussle. I budget down to the last dollar and I'm gonna be honest here. I thought id love the Every Dollar app, but it just scrambled my system and wasn't user friendly. I do a more streamlined version of budgeting every dollar in my notes app weekly and balance my checking account almost daily. I've quadrupled our emergency fund and paid off our only two consumer debts in 4 months just doing this (while my husband works 80+hrs/wk & I stay home w/ 4 kids). I hope to see the rest of the episodes return to this platform, and I hope to see improvements to the every dollar app. I'm not being smarmy- this is how we collectively feel as your youtube subscribers.

The only thing I'd ask for is transparency regarding the app, mainly how it generates additional income for Ramsey Solutions. Personally one of the reasons I try to limit the number of apps is because I'm not a big fan of companies collecting and selling my data. So will the Ramsey app be doing that? Because they would be able to potentially compile a lot of data about a very targeted audience.

Just this week in an effort to promote your Ramsey Network App, you’ve taken the last 1/3 of the show and made it only available on your app. I do not approve of this change. I will be leaving 1 star reviews anywhere I can until the last 1/3 of the show is available on Apple Podcasts again. I am also an annual Ramsey Plus subscriber. I will be cancelling my subscription if the last 1/3 of the show is not available on Apple Podcasts. (It’ll take you a while to notice that though since my renewal isn’t for another 6 or so months). Please return the last 1/3 of The Ramsey Show to Apple Podcats or you are losing a paying customer.

It's not greedy, because the app is free. It even lets you download things to listen offline. I tried it several months ago. That makes it even more bizarre, because on UA-cam he doesn't have to pay for hosting and gets ad money. On the app, he has to handle all the traffic and there's no extra ads. I don't understand it at all.

I watch these shows on my computer. I don't mind if I have to switch to a Ramsey platform to watch the 3rd segment but unless I'm mistaken, there doesn't seem to be a way to watch the rest on a computer since there is only a Ramsey app on IOS and Android. I think you can only listen to the entire show when using the website. This is very stupid unless you guys add it to the website or a Mac/Windows app...

I’m expressing my upmost disappointment in taking the full segment away. The Ramsey app is glitchy, so I’ll be taking a hiatus from listening and watching until it gets put back the way it should be.
I'm actually a bit happy that the last part of the show is on an app. I have never downloaded a single thing on an app and that's a good thing because I was concerned that I was spending too much time on Ramsey but this gives me a really good reason to not watch the final portion of it. More time to clean my house or do other chores. Don't know why they did this but it actually turned out to be a good thing for me.
For the accounting caller, he does not need a masters degree to become a CPA. All he would need is a 2nd bachelors in accounting. Then he would qualify to take the CPA exam.

Try out The Money Guys. They are fantastic. They're extremely knowledgeable about investing, retirement, etc. and do deep dives. They're both CFPs.

As soon as you switch apps, it pauses the audio on the Ramsey app. If you want to do anything else while listening to the show - you can't.

We live in the UK and listen from here every day. I'm not sure we could even get the Ramsey App 😢 The last 40 minutes is where Dave shares The Gospel - it's a mistake to cut that anyway, let alone set a stumbling block for others with this App xx

@@jodydickson5713, that's not surprising. They're probably trying to feed video from a single server in Nashville. What people don't realize is that UA-cam copies heavily watched videos onto many servers located around the world, so that everyone can access it very quickly.
I thought this Ramsey app crap only applied to UA-cam. I can’t even get the last hour on Spotify. I hope enough people boycott this app business so that they stop the nonsense. Seems very greedy Mr. Ramsey. Are you not making enough on the 50 commercials per episode?
It's not greedy, because the app is free. It even lets you download things to listen offline. I tried it several months ago. That makes it even more bizarre, because on UA-cam he doesn't have to pay for hosting and gets ad money. On the app, he has to handle all the traffic and there's no extra ads. I don't understand it at all.

If yall added an extra 40 minutes and made it exclusive to the app then I’d actually ride with it. Taking away 40 minutes from the normal show and putting it on the app is just plain greedy and unnecessary
That’s what most shows do- add either a membership only content or patreon. Which I understand. Or special content behind their Patreon.

Not happy that the last hour is on the app. I like to watch the show on youtube. I enjoy seeing your faces while you interact with the callers. Please bring back the entire show on youtube otherwise your youtube subscribers will go down in boycott.
Not downloading the app. Their is no good reason to do this, unless you want less viewers for the final part of your show.

Correct- it is not available in the App Store nor does the QR code work displayed at the end of the show.
I'm not a fan of everyone making their own app for things. I don't download them...I use browser sites or major podcast apps as much as possible. Wont be downloading the Ramsey app either. Sad to miss 1/3 of the show :(
I watch these shows on my computer. I don't mind if I have to switch to a Ramsey platform to watch the 3rd segment but unless I'm mistaken, there doesn't seem to be a way to watch the rest on a computer since there is only a Ramsey app on IOS and Android. I think you can only listen to the entire show when using the website. This is very stupid unless you guys add it to the website or a Mac/Windows app...
We already get an edited version on YT and now they’re cutting even more. WTF.
The only thing they used to cut out was the radio ads.
This app is dumb. I'm not downloading another app to listen to this podcast. I pay for youtube premium. Keep this up and you will lose my view and I know I'm won't be alone.

I’m expressing my upmost disappointment in taking the full segment away. The Ramsey app is glitchy, so I’ll be taking a hiatus from listening and watching until it gets put back the way it should be.

I'm actually a bit happy that the last part of the show is on an app. I have never downloaded a single thing on an app and that's a good thing because I was concerned that I was spending too much time on Ramsey but this gives me a really good reason to not watch the final portion of it. More time to clean my house or do other chores. Don't know why they did this but it actually turned out to be a good thing for me.

It seems like Ramsey Show is soft launching thier new app and evading to be dependent in YT.
Its no different then some of these tv shows wanting you view there shows or content on there app
They moved the audio books to. So to listen to books I already purchased I have to download the app 😡
For the accounting caller, he does not need a masters degree to become a CPA. All he would need is a 2nd bachelors in accounting. Then he would qualify to take the CPA exam.
