Great job man! High quality content! Dice should pay you for this kind of tutorial! Really good for new players. It would be interesting to see more about how and when to push and why and when to fall back. You talked a little about this topic but would be very nice if you address it with more depth.
Hats off to you sir. Although this video surely will be appreciated by many, they might at the same time underestimate the thought, time and effort that was put into making this video. The proof that your statements here are legit lays in not only obviously having a larger understanding of the game, but also being able to think through the making of this video- in a right order and the visuals aiding your valid points. I asked you the other day how you could rack up so many kills in a game. Now I will have to watch this vid several times and let it sink in. Well played and GGs.
I try to add as many visuals as I can to try and show what I say, not everyone can visualise the words I'm saying in their head. In part 2 I'm going to do a live commentary of what I'm doing and why I'm doing it etc. Why I'm looking here, why I'm taking this route. The one I did here was a voiceover of the gameplay
You're the man dude, these are the clips that actually teach FPS combat, not just a montage of your personal skills disguised as educational content. Excellent video. Keep your sights on point, pop, drop, repeat🤙
Yeah I've watched alot of Battlefield tips videos and you have the best I've seen. Real practical help. And backed up by your own plays. Cudos to you, sir. Well edited and executed.
Thanks for watching advancedghosst, I had hoped these videos would do a bit better but unfortunately when I released them they weren't recommended by YT. As a small YTer I've come to accept that will often be the case. I appreciate the support :-)
Hey Sarah, thanks for watching. I am working are a more chill video next and then it will be part 2 of the brain training. I put out a sniper video yesterday if that interests you
I love when you mentioned recognizing enemies and their playstyle because I can recognize a good player and adapt to them immediately. Good players make me aware of them and more cautious, so I keep mind of their cosmetics and movement style. I think I am a good player, not because of being able to control recoil well, but other ways like this video. Map awareness, gun type and sound knowledge. Team mate's locations and possible enemy location. Unpredictability is great too. This video is great and highlights what makes a good player.
Hey Alan K thanks for watching, yeah the cosmetics a player wears is another good one. If I'm running with an smg and I see a playing medium distance, I would normally still engage as I'm still confident I would win. However, if in a previous game a particular player i recognise by what they are wearing and they from the past game were very good with their dmr then I would avoid this and try and flank or wait until they push me so they are in my ideal range.
Other youtubers just show off their skills and actually don't show how that skill are put to use. My friend I literally bow to you. YOU'RE A GREAT TEACHER and this coming from a professor of psychology (myself). Also I request you to make an aiming video also focussing on different scenarios.
Thanks for the compliment Vatsal. I do want to help players improve. It isnt just about your gun skills that so many focus on, that is part of it, but there is so much more to shooter games than that
Thank you for this video SMK your recoil vid has made so much difference in my game play I can’t wait to try this in my next game play I’m one of them squad mates that just run around like a nutter trying to cap objectives and get killed too much.
In conquest I usually stick to 2 flags and move between those, I will pick a third if we are easily holding those 2. My part 2 talks about positioning and movement, stuff like how to narrow lines of sight on you and angling yourself. Should be of interest to you Daz
Great video. As someone who suffers from sub-par reaction time and skill it's tips like these that help gain any edge possible on the Battlefield. The video is really well put together also, kudos!
Fantastic video, some simple points made informatively and in depth. I used to play bfv when it came out but stopped for the majority of 2019. I've started again and watched your settings video and now this one and they are some of the best out there regarding BFV. I am hoping part 2 of the video will be out soon. New subscriber here, sending you a like from London. Keep up the fantastic work 🦊
Such a great video. My potato grows smaller with each video lol. Also situational awareness grows each video made. Soon I’ll be unstoppable and have my own UA-cam channel haha. The last sentence won’t happen. I’d be laughed off the platform entirely. Happy birthday Mark!
I find that people don’t truly understand where being a good video gamer comes from, and it’s having a good brain. Having a good attention span and hand eye coordination. Most players only have 10 minutes of solid focus and just play on auto pilot most of the time. I find I do best when I “tighten the belt” so to speak. Focus, think, and always be ready to provide a proper reaction.
You don't ever hear or see comments about this kind of thing on players videos do you? Its always great recoil control or something about gun skills isn't it.
If they have seen you then there isnt much you can do but engage, if they haven't just try and be patient. Remember you could have teammates that spawn on you. However they could equally ruin your flank also but shooting at someone 200m away lol
I used to very competitive in gaming, back on my old pc days on battlefield 2 through to socom, killzone series and MAG on console, these days it's a release from the chores of modern life, if I've a good day at work I tend to play better in the evening, a crap day an I'll play like crap. A lot of it is your state of mind really.
This is a really good one. I hope not to many will watch it jk😉 i actually rather play against better opponents to have a challenge so I can improve. Great video 👍
