I use premiere pro, but this style of video is so basic and easy to do, and can be done on any software, even capcut. Just put a white background image, and then use relevant screenshots of different photos, memes and graphs that you can find on google (yes, just screenshot them, don't bother downloading, lol) and just put them in sequence with the voiceover..
Yes I use a PC.. and youtube compresses everyone's video, regardless if you use a PC or phone for editing.. The best option is to export your video in 4k, even if the video is originally in 1080p or 720p.. there's a long explanation for this, so just take my word that it works, haha!!!
