I just made a small version of this candle holder trying the technique that you described. It did not work out so well for me, I went back to doing it my regular way. The beads were just scattered to far apart. I also used modge podge this time around and it works too. I'll be posting a new video up on how I did it soon. Thanks for watching :)
Those are beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to share with us. I appreciate you attention to details making sure those pellets were attached and then sealing them twice to make sure they don't come off. I bet they'd look pretty in a group of tall and short ones. I bet you can sell them at a nice boutique.
Oh my! Gorgeous! I'm glad you tried the other methods mentioned as to know it didn't work so well. I understand the technique of laying them flat as possible and the struggle in doing so. The only small thing I would've changed is after having a forth done just speed it up to 30 seconds. Believe me I'm in no way an expert. You have such patience and well worth it. They're so pretty like Crystal snowballs all lit up! Thanks so much for sharing. Ready to watch the next video ❄😍
why would anyone dislike this video? Love it...Haters trying to hinder creativity. First time to your channel...can't wait to see what else I can create..
LOL!! I just laugh at them....you can't please everyone. So if they want to hate let them because it won't stop my creativity it'll just keep motivate me to share more. Thanks for you sweet comment and I look forward to sharing more with you :)
I loved this project. It was finished off well and it was a true Dollar Tree craft. I know not everything can come from the Do;;ar Tree most times but a lot of the videos I watch are from everywhere but the Dollar Tree. this has such a refined look. I'll be making them for sure.
Beautiful. I went to Michael’s today & bought this decorative filler. I’m definitely going to try this project this weekend. I think I’m going to sprinkle a little silver glitter on them while the mod lodge is still wet. Thanks for sharing with us.
Your work is without a doubt elegant and beautiful. Your presentation is well presented not too fast and not too slow. You inspire me each time I see your tutorials, so thank you so much for taking the time to teach us your work. I am attempting to make these Frosty Candle holders for my table as I entertain in my home often. I have just started crafting not long ago and would like to know how to clean E6000 after it has dried. Thanks for sharing.
Hi, Thank you so much for your kind comment. To answer your question about cleaning E6000. After it has dried, I just use a knife to cut it away from the glue parts then I just pull it right off. Do not pull at it from the connected pieces because you can actually pull them back apart. If you do not want to use E6000 then you can use mod podge to glue the beads on. I have another video showing how to do this same craft using mod podge. I hope this helped. Thanks for watching :)
Hi Beverly, I am new to your channel and I am having an amazing time. I tried both ways to make these lovely candle holder. I prefer this method, Thanks for the choice. I work best with E-6000
Lol!! Aww, thanks so much. I plan to use mine all of the time also lol I'll be adding a new video on how to make these faster soon so please stay tuned :)
Hey Beverly , this is the candle holder i was talking about when i said i found some diamond dust or beads on Amazon that i was going to use to try and make these BEAUTIFUL , CANDLE HOLDERS, i absolutely fell in love with these and i cant wait intil i can make a set.
Love this DIY that you are doing. I would like to know if there is another option for the glue. I am not a fan of E6000. I read the direction on the packaging and it was a turn off and the fumes is a bit to much for me. I do use it for DIY's such as glueing a candle stick holder to a plate or another candle stick because it's quick. I would love to make this DIY with another glue just as good as E6000.
Beautiful! Bet it would have been a little quicker and worked just as easy though, had you poured the beads into the silicone dish and rolled the glass into them... Very pretty. Thanks for sharing!
I Forgot to Ask.... Did Any of the Products Cause the Beads Get Cloudy??? I know it's Supposed to Dry Clear but I've Never used the Sealant. I'm So Glad I Watched this because I'm about to Do a Bunch of the DT Pears in Silver/White Fine Glitter to put a Large Coffee Table Bowl. I wanted to Add some Texture but Wasn't Sure What to Use. I'll Definitely be Picking these Up!!! TFS
I they looked exactly like they did in the package. The spray had no affect on them either. You crafts sounds lovely and I hope you achieve the look that you are after. Please give me in update because I'd like to know if it worked for you :) Thanks for you watching.
Hello! I truly enjoy your channel. You are great. I couldn't find the beads at Michael's. Can you pls provide the brand , is there an alternative? I really want to make this. It's so beautiful!!!! Thanks.
I'm a new subscriber to your channel. These are beautiful! I have a bunch of those beads in different colors. I think I might try this using a mixture of colors. TFS
New subbie here. I'm loving your library of DIY videos. I know this is an older video but after watching & reading all of the comments, I didn't find an answer to this question I have. Can you explain the differences or purpose for brushing on mod podge at the end and then spraying with mod podge sealant? Thanks.
Your work is so beautiful, you keep inspiring me. But I have no patience for this one lol. I would have probably put the glue on one side drop the beads over in a bowl and just rolled it around lol. I'm going to have to try this project one day in the future lol. But it's beautiful and elegant. Have you made anything with wine bottles?
Patrice Thomas I thought the same thing. I would probably fill the bowl with the beads, cover the entire glass jar with glue then plunge it into those beads, roll it around til beads stick, and WA-LA done. (of course it may be necessary to fill in some spots).
Absolutely beautiful. Question. I have seen the acrylic sealer with silver sprinkles in it. Iyo, do you think it would add a little more sparkle (for when it's daytime)
Hi l Absolutely love Your DIY'S,They Are Stunning but l live in Australia and it's very hard to find the items you use, Would you know if Dollar Tree would ship to Australia
Really pretty. I love them. I'm going to do this today. Do you think I could spray the jar with spray glue then roll it in the beads? Save me some time. Thank you for the idea dear. .
Thank you, I have never used spray adhesive so I can't say. It seems like it wouldn't give a good hold though. It's worth a try. Let me know how it works for you.
Thank you!! This was a vision in my head and it turned out better than I hoped for. I love your channel and I'll definitely be looking forward to seeing what you come up with. I'm sure it'll be breathtaking :)
have you tried using a heart gun to dry the glue faster instead of having to wait 20 or 30 minutes on each space that the embellishments are placed on? just curious...
I actually have a heat gun but no I did not use it. I was perfectly fine waiting for the time that it took to dry because I was busy doing other things while it dried. But, if I was pressed for time then I would have used my blow dryer because my heat gun gets really hot. Thanks for watching :)
Stunning! New subscriber and what I saw so far in other videos is amazing and this is one of them. I may have said it in another video but it's true. Store bought.
Awww thanks so much Carolyn, this comment made my day :) I appreciate you taking out time to subscribe and comment. Let's me know that someone appreciates the videos that I post. Happy Holidays!

Yes, Of course. I actually have a updated video using mod podge. You'll find it in my video. I wouldn't do it any other way now after using the mod podge.
Lovely. I wonder if I could pour all the beads into the pan, then slather the glue on in sections and roll the glass bowl into the beads?
I just made a small version of this candle holder trying the technique that you described. It did not work out so well for me, I went back to doing it my regular way. The beads were just scattered to far apart. I also used modge podge this time around and it works too. I'll be posting a new video up on how I did it soon. Thanks for watching :)
Beverly's Design Time Oh my goodness, thank you for trying that method and letting me know the outcome. I look forward to your video.
You're so very welcome. You can see it at the end of my latest video. I also added some glitter to it. Sparkles like a star!! :)
Patricia DelMercado omg yes
Yeah when it gets dusty and start getting dirty and yellowish how do you clean it
Reminds me of the lights my grandma had at Christmas time . Pretty much same look . Wish Dollar Tree carried more craft supplies .
Those are beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to share with us. These are really nice. I think they would look great with color changing lights in them, or even just colored battery operated tea lights!
Thank you. I think that's an excellent idea! I'll have to try that :)
I really do love your work! Please continue to keep posting different DIY ideas.

Thank you, I did it my way because I didn't want to deal with clumps in the beads which would have added more time lol. Thanks for watching :)
first time on are channel love the candles holder thanks the one you bought at Goodwill looks like real crystals a set is about 100.00
I have found real crystal ones there before so they very well could be. I'll check them out. Thank you :)
I absolutely love this. Great job.
Thank you :)
Beautiful however i would rather use mod podge in stead. Also what are the type of beads that you used for this project?
Really Nice,
One of the Best I've Seen here!!!! Love those Candlesticks.... 😊
I Forgot to Ask.... Did Any of the Products Cause the Beads Get Cloudy??? I know it's Supposed to Dry Clear but I've Never used the Sealant. Absolutely beautiful. Question. I have seen the acrylic sealer with silver sprinkles in it. Iyo, do you think it would add a little more sparkle (for when it's daytime)
After it was done I thought that I could have sprinkled it with glitter for more bling. I say "Yes" try it! :)
Stunning
Thank you so much :)
Hi l Absolutely love Your DIY'S,They Are Stunning but l live in Australia and it's very hard to find the items you use, Would you know if Dollar Tree would ship to Australia
Must compliment your patience, very detail especially since you used E6000 than mod podge and sealer. Did each holder take a week to finish 🤔⚘
Hi Irma and thank you. No, I actually them both done in a few days and that's because I was doing other things as well.
Really pretty. I love them. I'm going to do this today. Do you think I could spray the jar with spray glue then roll it in the beads? Save me some time. Thank you for the idea dear. .
Barb Chapman I was thinking the same thing. Roll it in the beads. You even went a step further ☺
Thank you, I have never used spray adhesive so I can't say. It seems like it wouldn't give a good hold though. It's worth a try. Let me know how it works for you.
Stacey Smyser ill let you know how it works. Have a good day.

Cleo Johnson You are so very welcome. Thanks for watching 😊
love your work. I will be trying this really soon.
Thank you! I'm sure it will turn out fantastic! :)
this is very beautiful. is there any reason you let 20 to 30 min pass between adding the beads to different sections?
Yes to give them time to dry. If they are still wet then they will lift or move.
Absolutely stunning! Thank you for sharing. Where I’d you get your crystal ball?
Thank you!! I have several that I have collected over 30 plus years. Some were purchased on Ebay :)
Absolutely Stunning what size candle holder are you using xx
have you tried using a heart gun to dry the glue faster instead of having to wait 20 or 30 minutes on each space that the embellishments are placed on? just curious...

love the candle holder...I have a couple of questions about the plastic pellets: how much were they before the coupon...and, do they come in other colors?
Thank you, I believe they are under $6 for a pack. They did have another pack that has clear beads that are bigger, I'll think i'll try those next. But no other colors. I'm thinking about using colored modge to color the beads in furture projects. Thanks for watching :)
Ok thanks I bet it's beautiful
Hi Bev I was just browsing and came across your craft work , very lovely and inspire. How much would you sell these for , I called you Bev because my name is Beverly also , continue to keep up the good work that you are doing girl

I luv Ur ideal!!! I brought all the supplies except for the granular polycarbonate I can not find them in Michaels at all. I tried 2 Michaels stores & they don't have it or even know what I'am talkn about. plz send me a link to where I can get the beads from. The beads is all I need & then I can get started.
Ok, here's the thing, I researched them online after I threw the label away and that's the name that come up. I have since looked at another package at Michaels and its called "DECORATIVE FILLERS". You can find them in the floral section. I'll be uploading a new video showing a pic of the area where you can find them. I can't wait for you to get started just relax and take your time and push those beads close together. Thanks for watching :)
elegant
Thanks Rita! :)
??? How many bags of Granular Polycarbonate did it take to make the two frosted shades. They are adorable.
Hi Erica, thank you!! I didn't have to use much from the bag at all. I have more than half of a bag left so l'll definitely be doing more with them.
Really pretty and elegant. New subscriber.
Thank you and welcome to my youtube family I'm so happy to have you :)
Thank you for sharing....Beautiful just beautiful...but most of all thrifty.

Very pretty! Do you think mod podge would work?
Thank you! and yes it will. I have a updated version in my video's that you can watch to see it :) Thanks for watching. Don't forget to subscribe :)
Hi. Great idea! Could Modge Podge also have been used to adhere the beads as well?
Yes, Of course. I actually have a updated video using mod podge. You'll find it in my video. I wouldn't do it any other way now after using the mod podge.
