This Fatalis is so well made, it's almost unbelievable that this is a mod by fans. This is true love for Monster Hunter.

A lot of the weapons look like shit in world. Something that I believe was addressed in rise.
Great run! The punishes after headbreaks are just so juicy. The cone totally got me off guard. I was laughing at first because there's no cone flames coming out of his mouth but then the lightning sweep followed & I would have died right then and there. lol. Great run, Vycery.
This mod is truly amazing. This is something that capcom should consider making in the future and I’m amazed by the insane damage you dealt
This is why I need to both, start using Lance, and start saving up for a PC

For the charged fireball dive (like 3:02) that Guard Dash into Counter Claw is just sublime
I still can't believe just how accurate White Fatty's movements/moveset are for this mod. Brings back so many memories just watching the gameplay, and of course, the red lighting balls and blasts, lol

As a sns and hbg user. Lance is such an underappreciated weapon imo. That clutch counter is the one thing I love to do in icebrone

This brings back memories on psp fighting white fatty on mh unite. I used gunlance then Greatsword. Anyone remember king alliart sword. I’d love this is if mhw brought this back but they moved to rise. This mode is beautiful however I can only imagine how detailed a mhw version would.

I never really liked the Lance's gameplay, I'm too aggressive to use anything with a shield. But this was very elegant, all of the movements flowed perfectly, nicely done.

When I click the discord link it takes me to a page where there's an option to accept invite. I click on that and it opens samsung internet browser and not discord. I have discord downloaded and have an account on it so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Sorry I still don't know too much about ICE yet but from what I know, the mod removes the need for tenderizing, right? So is there a particular reason you're tenderizing White Fatalis here, or is it now just used as another form of attack?
Tenderizing is nerfed but not useless. While in Iceborne, tenderizing increases the Hitzone more the lower it is based on the formular HZV x 0.75 + 25, in ICE it's a flat HZV + 5 no matter how low it is. That means, tenderizing still increases your damage but you are not forced to do it anymore. The HZV changes were made in a way that you can fight monsters without tenderizing at all. For Speedruns, you want as much damage as you can get so tenderizing is still an option.
Ahh that makes sense! I thought the whole tenderizing thing was just removed in ICE but looks like I was wrong haha. Thank you for the clarification!
@@Vycery hey question, in regular iceborne, would tenderizing allow weakness exploit to work if the new hitzone value reached 45 and above?

All I can tell is that you can get into charge faster after the triple poke and maybe some MV change? Seems like lance didn't get some major change in ICE mod.
Lance really doesn't need much. The biggest issue is the lack of damage. MV changes fixed that and it feels way better.
Agree with your point. IMO Lance in Iceborne is already near perfect just need more damage.

What's your opinion on the mod in general?
ICE? Fantastic. The balance changes, removal of clagger and the overall feeling of how the game is played is better than IB in many ways. For White Fatalis, it's an awesome monster to fight. The visuals and audio are very well made and I highly recommend to try the event difficulty to experience the power of it.
is white fatalis by resurgence linked to ICE or did you download it after installing ICE ?
It's a separate mod which I installed after installing ICE. White Fatalis is not linked to ICE.

Because u need to mod iceborne, most mod are iceborne compatible not base world only, most base world mod that aren't update are abandoned and didn't work anymore
you need to download mods released after IB and stracker loader, stracker its a mod that enable mods, most of them need it to work

I know this is old vid not sure if this will be seen but if I does what bowgun is that and if there is a lower tier equivalent as I have let to do a fatty kill yet.
The bowgun doesn't matter at all as long as it can shoot Wyvernheart.

I've never seen anybody take off that much damage with the lands so I'm assuming this is the result of multiple mods?

@@spacedandyland1989 it's a community mod for pc that incorporates a bunch of weapon balance changes and alters some mechanics For example, tenderizing doesn't feel like a requirement anymore. It's just an okay bonus.
Gunlance can use all 3 types of shelling now.
And as seen in the video, lance got a much needed overall damage buff.
@@spacedandyland1989 Motion Values are the values that determine how much a weapon attack does. So for example, a GS TCSP has a motion value of 264. The higher the MV, the higher that attack's damage, so the ICE mod buffed the motion values of Lance's attacks, since relative to the other weapons Lance has low damage in the vanilla game.
Beautiful mod, personally I think that the MHFZ Zenith White Fatalis theme could be better for Phase 2, and this doesn't look like a regular mod, this was made by a true MH Fan, very impressive

This game was so much fun I'm really hoping that a MHW2 is in the works for Next-Gen and PC with crossplay.
Sadly I don't think that's happening, Capcom never made a direct sequel to any of the main mh games, mostly because the good part about the games are the gameplay and not the story
They're undoubtedly working on a new MH already, not sure what people are talking about. There are 2 separate MH dev teams, one for handheld (rise) and one for mainline (world)
Stop calling it mhw2. I get it, you hate Rise. Your next gen mh6 is in the works. There's literally no reason why they wouldn't be working on a new game, especially now when it's at its peak. You have to understand that calling it mhw2, alluding to a sequel of world, holds the series back. Change IS important, and it's a learning process for the devs too. If the game never changed, your beloved mhw would never have existed in the first place.

Looks nice enough , i was hoping that the moder would be able to replicate the armor mode since it was the annoying part of the fight...all damage is 1 except for bombs.
