    yes this is best work out es work out se main bhi kiya tha wait loss eska sahi trah se use kro to 5 nd 6 mont main bahot he jada wait loss hota hai corrona ki wajah se nahi ja pa rahi the park but ab kru ge fr shuru yahi work out thx mam u r so sweet😘

      I had c section too, it took around 6 months to recover completely and then I started gradually walking along with aerobics and yoga..
      You should ask your Doctor, he will exactly tell you, ...
