I didn't even watch all of Naruto but when a friend told me that the anime was ending soon and showed me the episode explaining why they're fighting and answering any questions I had. Then we got into the Naruto vs Sasuke fight and it took me a solid 3 minutes or so to realize there was no music playing. Something about that little detail made this fight all that much better in my opinion

This might be me misunderstanding what you typed ,but the animators weren't lazy or didn't put care or love, the they were overworked because of their greedy studio.
God of Highschool has so much potential with the storyline it has and this animation by Mappa. Crunchyroll hear this you are going to regret if you don't make a season 2 because that's when we realise the whole plot and it has so much badass fights.
Pacing felt so rushed to me in S1. And because it felt so rushed, it made it feel devoid of plot, but that's just my opinion. They'd have to correct the pace they already made as well as make it high-octane enough to keep the attention they already got.
You shouldn't compare anime movies and TV anime fights, something is more spectacular when they put budget aside for a certain fight in a show rather than have great/consistent budget the whole movie

The bell & asterius scene was honestly a banger ending to a season that I didn't particularly enjoy that much of Danmachi And I've gotta say the sound effects of Fate are just matched perfectly for the fights. Fire Force's sound effects are nice too.

The bell & asterius scene was honestly a banger ending to a season that I didn't particularly enjoy that much of Danmachi
And I've gotta say the sound effects of Fate are just matched perfectly for the fights. Fire Force's sound effects are nice too.
