Thanks for joining me on this trek through Jacksonville Zoos award winning Range of the Jaguar. If you haven't visited then I highly recommend you put this on your list, three of the exhibits here Range of the Jaguar, Land of the Tiger and African Forest are well worth the trip. If you are new to the channel here's Jacksonville Zoos Land of the Tiger - ua-cam.com/video/-bepURAJYRY/v-deo.html
No I didn't know that, didn't see the tapir there or get a picture of the sign. Will diffently have to go back now, is the tapir found with the capybaras?
Thanks for sharing that info, will have to go back and see if I can spot him. Thats an animal I would love to see zoo miami add to their amazon collection.
Love that this exhibit focuses around the territories of the largest prey, a jaguar, and the inhabitants he shares his area with. Love how they make the exhibit look like the area with the plants and ancient religious ruins. There are way too many snakes to actually visit the area in the wild. LOL
It's a very beautiful exhibit! I would love to visit the rainforest/cloudforests maybe in Costa Rica one day. I imagine the snakes would bother a lot of people lol.

Greeting from Indonesia my friend
Greetings! Thanks for stopping by!!
I’ve been there twice but I’ll be there thrice
Nice! It's a beautiful zoo, I've only been there once back in April. Hope to visit again in the next month or so.
I wonder how accessible and/or active the zoo's animals will be in late January...
I don't think there will be much impact. I would say it would be pretty safe to visit then
@@ZoosTravelers Thanks for the reply, weather says it'll be sunny, buut I think I'll choose to be paranoid😅
No problem! Fingers crossed the weather stays nice!!
