Let's talk about what is going on in the Arcade Gaming Community. Including Arcade 1up Spectate Mode, Atgames Lag, and John Wick Stern Pinball. - Ігри
Sorry I missed the live show. But there is something you missed with John Wick. Stern gave Restalgia and B-Kong exclusive early access to the game and people were asking why are these A1up guys getting early access. Stern knew this no gun thing was an issue and they were trying to get out in front of it and do damage control hoping some of your favorite shills could work their magic and smooth it all over. But I stand with Cary and I think his first take on the issue was the correct position. It is also no coincidence that the new CEO of Stern used to work for Disney.
What's disturbs me is why in the bloody hell would Stern think that loyal customers would want to hear the opinions of that lot. Does Stern think that little of us their clientele? To think that we would be influenced by arcade 1 up ball washers. That they would think that we even watch such rubbish is insulting. Anyone with functioning gray cells care's not for anything coming out of the mouths of that lot!
Boom. Pinned. This is exactly right. I heard people were saying “why is this 1up shill representing stern”. And laughing about it. Cary definitely has a legit beef about it . And his best point was if you just say “oh well” and buy it, then they will never fix it. And that’s just like 1up so the 1up shills and Atgames shills are perfect for their agenda.

Just a correction on 4K ALP, nothing wrong with chip, a software engineer I know in the industry let me know it is a handshake issue between Android and the Unreal Game Dev Engine. The reason he thinks it is taking so long is Zen is not that high in the pecking order when it comes to Android or Unreal, so as you said from the beginning, everyone should just wait until they can fix it. It is out of atGames and to a certain point Zen’s hands.
Took them 1 year to realize it. People say you can run Zen flawlessly on that SBC, I want to see someone put windows or a Linux Os and run these games in 4k. Buy the exact same SBc or just take theirs out and change the OS and run these games then.
@@therexershow Little out of my lane as I am not a software guy so can’t speak to the OS idea, but my buddy thinks they have known for awhile, and are at the mercy of their issue bubbling up on the dev queues of Google/Android and Unreal. The challenge is Zen is just not that important as other big studios with those two huge software giants so they are just anxiously waiting for the issue to be addressed. He knows someone who used to work with some devs at Zen so this is kind of second hand but it does track if correct why it is taking so long.
If Atgames just run FX3 and not FX it would play so much better. The 1UP Pinball proves this point with AFM comparison. My Xbox is Laggy on FX and so is the Switch .

Man... I'm a little new with UA-cam as a source of vicariously watching what people are doing with their home arcade spaces these days but 9 out of 10 are of Arcade 1ups. I have to admit, I do like what some people have done. However, I have seen some people spend a bazillion $$$ on this stuff who have the space and I'm thinking at what point do these people start to realize authentic cabinets isn't that far out of reach? I get not many people know how to troubleshoot electronics and CRT's but they are modding A1up cabinets lol. Then I see some content creators who have realized this and it's been fun following through their journeys.
Yes , some 1up loyalists have been trained to think owning the real thing is impossible . “It’s too costly, they are too big, they break all the time , they take up too much space “. All excuses that have been debunked. And they go and spend thousands on 1ups and fill multiple rooms with 1ups , yet they have no space or money. Then they all break and they do mods and fix them all….but real arcades are too hard to fix. lol. Thanks Lacey ! Hopefully see you on the next one.
Keep making your content and hopefully you will cause a huge deduction in the shills YT channel views. When you search "arcade 1up news" you all are always in top three videos- so that's good. I would really like to see their channels become obsolete.
They have dominated the algorithm on 1up for so long. If you ever type in “Arcade 1up” or “Atgames” , at the top would be Mike B , 1up kits , 19k , bee jkong , etc. all the shills that got free stuff and were in the 1up or Atgames influencer group . The amount of damage they caused to the hobby and community was crazy.
I questioned if the at games hardware would run the zen tables at 4k 60 FPS when they announced it, I’d stick with ps5, PC, or Xbox series x for that.
You’re smart. That’s what we all said. Even said use a switch if you’re desperate. But the game plays much better on it than Atgames

I bad mouth the Zen studios flipper lag all the time. I don't think Atgames like it but who cares. It is a problem and it needs to be fixed.
You and Brad are definitely not making PK happy. At some point , if neither of you are getting any free stuff, and people like mike B are getting free cabs, and Evil genius , at some point you have to ask yourself what is the point of being in there.

He lost his job with 1up and all his inside infor and free stuff . Then it came out he was working with the most toxic community member ever , KFB, and helping him make hate songs and hate videos . So he shut it down , left , and was scared. He came back yesterday on mike B stream for the first time.

Long-time lurkers...first time poster! Can you do a Video session...where you compare your background "Entertainment Cabs"? For example...why is Rexer's Cabs setup more "manly" Arcade Cabs (Stern Pinball, DKJR, ??, MK) and Kev's setup only Emulation Cabs (ATG Legends, iiRcade, ATG HD Pinball). I'm not criticizing...I have a combo of Cabs in my Game Room (WMS Whirlwind Pinball, DE Bad Dudes Cab...some A1UP Cabs (SW, TRON)...some A1UP Cabs converted (by BBS PCB mod - Centipede, Asteroids)...some A1UP Cabs converted to 60-in-1 board, 19-in-1 board, Pandoras Box DX...and some PartyCades for the walls around my Pool Table (Defender, Galaga). Isn’t the problem with AtGames pinball is that if they put the appropriate hardware to run a table no one would buy it because it would be too expensive.
Cost me a ton to get my virtual pinball up and running the way I wanted it.

I usually do not make comments like this, but there are several A1Ups in the video you showed of 19kFox. I can clearly see T2.
How many is several ? Of the 20 he purchased and said real cabs break , are too heavy , too expensive, why does he have the real ones front and center ? Why did he do a video saying he wants your money so he can get “unique real cabs”. Why has he stopped doing all the news and speculation videos like he used to do multiple times per week ? Where are all the posts of manifests and which cabs are coming , what next for 1up , and so forth. But glad you looked really really hard to see a completely modded T2 that he changed everything on. So really is that an arcade 1up? Or is nothing but a shell of a 1 up with everything changed ?
Cary (being one of his favorite IPs) has a right to be that upset about it. As I said to him, that's like putting John Holmes in an adult movie and not showing how he's doing his business. Not a buyable game for me either but still, don't make a PG game out of an R rated franchise. It's a bit ridiculous and it'll probably do well in bars but not for collectors.
He for sure has a legit argument and I don’t blame him one bit. Plus the argument of there are guns all over other pinballs is valid. If I was a John wick fan I would be a little pissed they made it PG for sure. But his best point was you just can’t say “oh well” and go buy the thing if you want them to change in the future. You have to put your money away and make them hurt where it counts. Don’t buy it.
I concur that 19kfox heavily promoted Arcade 1Up units, before abruptly declaring them obsolete and opting for genuine arcade machines instead-options that aren't feasible for the average consumer either financially or spatially. Subsequently, he shifted his stance to criticize Arcade 1Ups, seemingly more focused on maximizing super chats. His tone throughout has been notably contentious.
And yet he still will go on 1up streams and hide his true feelings in front of his friends , making sure to not alienate them or his viewers. 19k lost me when he ebegged for superchats and members specifically so he could get more real arcades. Just sad.

Entertaining as always. Something other shows lack. Bug deal JW does t have guns. Is the game fun? Does it capture the IP. So much bashing of products based on videos before anyone gets serious time with the product. The different mode/adaptive play sounds very cool.
1up spectate mode may have had legs IF people were actually playing online (they arent) or if 1up did any kind if community tournaments. How many are watching random games on Fightcade? Theres your barometer.
I feel bad for new buyers of 1up and at games products since the YT crators gloss over any flaws. Buying multilpe of each, at that point, its on the buyer, you know the company/quality. Games get delayed, but people arent spending $1k+ for non playable game.
They literally did spectate for 2 people. lol. And remember all the uproar and the hopes of shills for spectate. Now they don’t give a F. Why not? Because nobody else cares and it does notning for their YT channel anymore. No guns doesn’t bother me, I’ll play either way, but if someone thinks it’s too vanilla and missing the essence of the movie after playing it, then I won’t disagree with them. I’m not a JW expert.
