I didn’t do any of this, i just never had this horrible of a period. The blood isn’t super heavy but i have this excruciating back and abdominal pain and discomfort. Like i can barely do anything or really move at all. It’s been like 5 days now. I’m very worried but don’t have money to go to the doctor so I’m just looking for answers

I had a late period and the blood was very dense and clotted . Like little shapes of blood .. In a very alarming way - was this possible a miscarriage..? Or simply a really bad blood clot . ?

And I been off my period since 2 days ago nd my back pain nd my abdominal pain has been killing me I'm very worried but don't have money to go to the doctor so l'm just looking for answers

I have 34 day cycles. My LMP was June 11. June 28 we had an accident. My ovulation was june 30th. My period was due July 15th. I normally have PMDD symptome that are like 1st trimester symptoms. I had nada. Nothing. Feeling of a full period. Neg tests until this morning. Faint positive. 4 hrs later, i have heavy bleeding and back/uterine pain. Its a chem/early mc. I had bhcg done Tuesday just waiting on results to confirm or deny my suspicion. I have 2 kids so i understand my body pretty well. Cured myself of pcos. 2nd baby is a natural accident. A very beautiful accident just like her momma😂

I went 4 months and 3 days without a period. That is not normal for me. I had some spotting in August for 3 days but only when wiping. I finally started bleeding September 23rd. It was super heavy but I had no cramps which was odd. I had positive tests and negative tests. A mix of results all the time. I had a ultrasound on the 13th of October and there was nothing. Idk if they even would've been able to tell if I had been pregnant but at 4 months wouldn't that mean a still born?

I understand how confused you must feel! A miscarriage at 4 months gestation would be very obvious, and would occur after consistently positive pregnancy tests. Sometimes a pregnancy test can show a colourless 'evaporation line' after the test's time limit, once the urine starts to dry. This can be misinterpreted as a faint positive result. I'm wondering if this might explain your positive test results? A lack of periods for this length of time suggests a hormone imbalance. It can be caused by conditions such as PCOS, high prolactin, thyroid disorders and many other conditions (usually easily treatable). But of course your doctor is the person to consult about this and should be able to carry out a full investigation to find out why your periods were so far apart. Wishing you the best of luck!
