Reading a physical book reduces stress. This is something an electronic reading device can never compete with because they all have inherent stress causers built in...eg is the battery charged, waiting for software updates, ads, operating system issues, if I drop the thing it might break, built-in obsolescence causing the device to slow down etc.

Not sure if this would help... I don't buy books on ebay unless there's a picture of the edges of the book (opposite edge to the spine) so I can see the true condition. You might be missing out on the ocd market on some of your listings, we're a larger group than you might think 🤣
