These look like awesome yarns! Im glad you’re doing pretty well, too! I made a green teddy bear for myself, and I highly recommend. (I actually made a green panda, because pandas are my favorite animal, but that still counts, haha) I added a crochet bowtie to mine. I highly recommend! It. Was. ADORABLE! Just make a rectangle and then tie another strand in the middle and it turns it into an adorable bowtie thats easy to attach.
Thanks for this review of so many Hobby Lobby yarns! My local store doesn't carry all of them, but HL does ship! (BTW, "Skein" rhymes with "chain," not with "scheme.") 😁
Glad you enjoyed the video! Yeah, I know I say skein wrong 😆 I'd crocheted for about a decade before I learned the correct pronunciation, and now my brain is stuck and can't say it the right way. When I pronounce it wrong, I know it's wrong. But when I pronounce it correctly, it FEELS wrong 🤣 Thanks for watching!
The first yarn that was black and marled with a bit of pink? I'd choose another color and crochet holding the 2 yarns together. Almost any color would look great!
It's always exciting when something you've put some much time and love into is well received! Thanks for letting me know it works good for a baby blanket.
Thanks so much for the info! Fiber is one of those areas that I'm not super knowledgeable in, but find absolutely fascinating. The more I learn, the more I love it!
Lyocell is the fiber that's also referred to as Tencel--maybe that's a brand name. Anyway, it's soft and drapey and otherwise feels cottony. Great fiber.
Yes, it is! Since I wasn't sure if I would have enough yarn, I started by making it a cropped length before adding the texture at the bottom. I used the process shown in this tutorial but made it shorter than the green one from the video - ua-cam.com/video/BZyzFs3lkls/v-deo.html Then once I made the top section, I worked a shell pattern in the round until I ran out of yarn.
Lots of lovely yarn
Great .. deal. I'm so thrilled to see you. More prayers coming your way. ❤️❤️🌻🌹✝️✝️
Thank you, Sue Ann! As always I appreciate the prayers. Hope you are doing well yourself 😊

Ooh, that's a great idea! The black marbled one would make a great back drop and help the other color really pop!
Ooo I got a yarntopia in spice but wanted the gold. Let me know if you want to trade. I wanted to make a Sophie scarf out of it 😅
I made a baby blanket out of It Feels like Butta and it was very well received and easy to work with
