What a gem! I would use the garden door as main entrance...so you have a little entry hall to hang your coats and store shoes. I would remodel the kitchen door to a window with a complete new layout and get that fireplace back to his old glory. Certainly keeping the toilett (half bathroom) on the ground floor just redone. The glory room upstairs with the fantastic views would be my living room...with a little wood burner. Overall a complete new electricity system...and replace the old radiators plus restore or replacement of those windows. I would keep the old bathroom...love those old tiles😍, good scrub and ready to go. The bedrooms are good in size...and the cellar is big enough to store my old gilera, a bike and wood/pellets for heating. That little garden is just the cherry on the cake. Good for herbs and flowers...a nice bench to relax and soak in the views and chit chats with bypassers.
Great property for an amazing price.... One thing I would do is make the top floor a bedroom suite... I think an architect would make this a lovely livable space with an awesome view!
All the electrical outlets and switches can be replaced for universal outlets with USB ports from AliExpress, repaint the house. And if it’s for me I’d try to make a bigger kitchen but if it’s for AirBnB just keep it like that.
