Hi Rino - this house was clearly built to a high standard with love and attention to detail - and the result reflects an individual sense of taste and style. There appears to be nothing that requires any remedial work - the question is whether someone else shares the same taste. An obstacle for some might be the kitchens - tiled work tops are not generally favoured (I believe) and it would be a considerable cost to rip them out and install new kitchen units and surfaces - but that is not to say that it cannot be done. I am always a bit alarmed when I see so many steps and stairways with no hand rails in some Italian properties - if an accident can happen then it will! But there is no denying this property is immaculate and will make a great home for the right family in a glorious setting.

Veramente una bellissima casa fatta con molta cura. Il costruttore e suo padre sono degli artisti bravissimi. Il prezzo è alto ma la proprietà senza dubbio ne vale la pena. Peccato che lui non possa goderne di più a causa dell'età di pensione.

The house seems upside down? The main floor with all the views and light is basic, with a small kitchen and the bedrooms. The sub basement has all the drama and design, a better kitchen, and another bedroom? Unless it was designed for two generations living together?
Hi! It's difficult to say what the original plan was, definitely where I parked the car seemed like an excellent spot to have another entrance, so maybe that was also the plan!
I noticed homes in Italy never have nice manicured lawns and landscaping like in America..Is it not popular or desirable?
