If you ask me to think of at least one actor who has never over-acted I would find it hard to think of anyone except Irrfan. Damn he even made the ads watchable. His portrayals of every character he has ever played is so remarkable that no other person would be able to do the justice to it. It's an honour to have witnessed him in the cinema. Thank you Irrfan. You, Sir, definitely will be missed for a long long time.
