Yeah but pennywise is an unkillable fear demon from an alternate dimension. If Batman knew (which he definitely does) he wouldn’t have a problem using lethal force. He’s done similar things to Solomon Grundy and others. I’ll give you he probably wouldn’t try to blow him up especially on a crowded Gotham block with a homeless child nearby though.
