@@cobra_psn it is defined that is not a security that part of the case was cleared 2 years ago, @lunalyn911 Ripple sell to institutions as a package and it was determined that the packege itself is a security, as apples are commodities but if you sell a bag of apples that implies a secutiry contract, so this part of the case the judge ruled a pennalty for that sells to institutions bevause they dont register ( to make it clear the judge understod there was no way to register because of the rules are not clear) but ripple sayis ok lets move on SEC ask for 2 billion, ripple says 10 million and judge says 125 million, ripple agrees, sec just appeal, so there is nothing wrong with XRP but remove the bussines for so many big guys and they dont want that .
