Artists can still do this and should, here is the tip, instead of selling the cd as a physical at the show, qr code straight to the online store and purchase there. Chart sale covered. Also, for each show, get something special on the store. I know how it all works, did music ecommerce for 15 years.

Appreciate the knowledge. I just graduated from a Music Business degree, is there anywhere I can reach out to you for some advice on how to market artists online?
@@anonz1431 sure, if you google Ray Juss you should be able to find my contact online.
Wow, this gem is actually a game changer lol
These rappers need to get you on their team 👀
Surly it’s just washing money doing pop ups you can just give your mates money to come buy your CDs
You preach so much about marketing which is good but rarely talk about the importance of making actual good music
Because it’s about making good music brother , that’s why there’s so many underrated artists, why are they underrated then pls can you explain?

@@bouncerplaydirty In my personal opinion I think a lot of these rappers just aren't consistent, yes some rappers are consistently good but aren't quite as popping as they should but they'll have a decent sized fanbase just from them dropping consistently, that's when they need to up their marketing game which is what you're trying to do comes in play. I completely agree with what you're saying btw a lot of these rappers don't know how to market themselves I just would like if you emphasised dropping good music consistently is a big part of it also
Good info bro, we got to stick together💭
The vultures are outcheaa💭
Big up Bounce👊🏾
The main reason why a song that's never charted would go platinum is the music being amazing and having replay value
i wondered why all these rappers and drill guys started doing this, acting like they actually care about their fanbase lol, they will all stop now.
I bet you’re fun at parties lol
