@@taylorbrown6318 It's definitely very interesting for me to see some 80s and 90s Aussie stuff. The original "Play School" stopped in 1988. It's fascinating how the Aussie adaption has kept going on.
Now this, aside from the intro, the song, and certain adjustments to the format, is what the Australian "Play School" should've been like. Just like the original BBC version in terms of the presenters' performance and gentle natures. Nowadays children's presenters all bounce off the walls and shout like maniacs, but these Aussie presenters took a leaf out of Brian Cant or Floella Benjamin's books on how to interact with children.
Did you find this episode on Internet Archive or from an old video tape? Also I've had no luck finding that tv show Choices. Searched torrent sites, Internet Archive, even searched for info on wiki and IMDb, nothing, almost as if this show has been erased from history, but I can keep searching.
Hi, This one was on Internet Archive. Thought it was the best way to get episodes while I am hunting for more. No worries. Choices seems nearly impossible to come by in any way, shape or form. The other one is a 1990 episode of For The Juniors. It featured a story titled Crusher Is Coming. If you can find anything on that, I would be happy.
@@MrSimplesimon1987 I haven't heard of The Juniors before, I can try and search for it. There's an episode of Play School from the 90s I really want to find. Series 84 Episode 2 Theatre Tuesday with Angela Moore, David James and Max Lambert. That one is also really tough to find.
Another YT channel terminated, it had Seven Little Australians, some of Aunty Jack, The Adventures of Seaspray, Number 96, Famous Five among more mostly very old Australian & foreign media series bit the dust recently which just sucks (even tho i don't remember everything in said channel). My guess is some stuff uploaded that tv productions of course were touchy with their stuff on there, yeah even a VPN can't do much, Google Drive is a maybe overprepare before something like this happened much like another channel with a similar fate i mentioned a while back, but it's sadly too late
Hi Mate, Sorry it's been a while. Yes, I knew the person who owned the channel you speak of. He is a nice person. But I think he started uploading lots of DVD content and sadly, that is what got him terminated. I'm almost guessing my channel will eventually get hit too. Hopefully not for a while yet. ABC usually doesn't mind their content being uploaded but I am guessing it's different with maybe BBC or something like that. It's a shame another great channel gone however.
Australian playschools fine just tne way it is mate leave it alone don askthemto change things . good old playschool. theres a bear in there and a chair s well there are people with games and stories to tell open wide come inside its playschool
I really liked George and Noni, although in some episodes they were a bit vain and they sometimes needed proof to admit they were wrong about some subjects they said. :D
Thank You so much for this Mrsimplesimon
Keep uploading more play school episodes because I loved it so much
Me too, particularly 90's Play School.
