Absolutely 100% Fabulous video! Back in the days when General Motors was the undisputed leader in REAL CARS!!!! I am SICK OF SUV's!!!!!!!!
I have been the very proud owner of 6 Cadillacs throughout my driving lifetime. My mother owned 2 as well.
It's really too sad and too bad that Cadillac no longer builds actual Cadillacs anymore. Cadillacs ended for me in 1984.

Absolutely and positively Mark!
Terrific video and definitely no cookie-cutter dealerships in any of it. Everyone of them had their own identity and character from a time when the dealers sold the cars and not the factory.
Very cool dealerships Sarah. This is an era I wished I lived in when memorable cars were made. Thanks for sharing.
I couldn’t agree more!!!! 👍🏻

Wow your up early. Must be about 4:45 am in CA. Hope I didn't wake you.
Great video and great jazz. Enjoy watching this before I ahead out to church.
😍😍 ! Omgggggg ! 😍😍
I'm a COMPLETE pushover for nostalgic vintage automotive and motorcycle 8X10 photos ! I find most of them on E-bay ( assembly line , showroom , celebrity , manufacturer press release images , etc..) They make great wall art for a trophy room ..
And wouldn't it be great to have one of those HUGE vintage dealership signs in a large shop/garage !?
Thanks for sharing ! EPIC THUMBS UP !
😇❤
Thank you!!!
Sarah you did a great job on this. Lots of great photos and the music went with it perfectly. Thanks for putting this together!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much
I love the old classic Cadillacs. I have a 1974 Eldorado convertible and a 1979 Cadillac Phaeton in a cotillion white with blue top. My father only drove Cadillacs and Lincolns. I love the American luxury cars of yesteryear.
Funny that this video was uploaded right now. I have a 1956 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 that Im working on today and tomorrow.
Love the vid ! Those old neon-light dealership signs are worth a fortune at auction today.
Yes they are!
8:02 Central Cadillac Cleveland,Oh still in same location, still open for business!
Yeah, but the cars really suck!🤷
@@jeffmiller3150 ha ha- yessir
I saw that too and wonder if my 77 Eldorado Biarritz came from them. It did come from Ohio and the dealership was still there when I checked a few months back. I bought the Eldo in February. It's tough when cars sit for 22 years.
Thanks for an awesome ride down memory lane😊
Glad you enjoyed it
Mr. B. Here ! 🍩☕️👀😎👍. Good morning from the North East ! Very cool , as kid I show dealership like that , few but very cool ! 🍩☕️👀😎👍🍸🍸
Good morning thank you for watching!!!!
@@CaddyGirlGarage That was fun to watch ! Have a good evening ! ☕️👀😎👍
Great video and great jazz music.
Outstanding vid I love it and have been dealing with casa since I was a kid taking movie people caddies in for service and or purchasing that place was so cool but now due to pathetic economy it has really run down badly you can hardly find a caddy on the lot very sad times I drove past her this morning and now saw your vid
I like to see the old classic stuff like that it is cool
Thanks!!! I collect old Caddies!
How many do you have?
I have my parents 58 cadillac they bought in 1960 from a Doctor friend of theirs. I was one year old. Mom gave it to me in 1982, and being the big car nut that I am I've taken great care of it. Lifelong Southern California car, still on the road. Do you have a 58 in your collection?
I’d love to see pictures of it!!! Yes a 58 hearse
That was fun.
6:10 - Oh wow, the red roadster in the center of the photo looks like a super-rare Glasspar G2, which was the first production sports car with a fiberglass body.
Potamkin Cadillac Manhattan New York. They were one of the biggest Cadillac dealers on the east coast. They both retired to Florida. Sadly they both have passed. Husband and wife. Missed.
Love the Cadillac dealership signs. Great neon classic designs.
I agree!
Excellent video! Thank you!!
Thank you so much ☺️
The '40's and '50's were the golden age of Cadillac, IMHO.
Great video. Adding the state and town of each dealership shown would've been cool.
Honestly I didn’t know every single one… I just loved the pictures! Thank you for watching!
Nice video. Reminded me of how these dealerships once where. My parents bought their 76' Eldorado at Casa de Cadillac so when I bought my last Cadillac, I thought I would give them a try. I wanted to see the XT6 and they said they didn't have any. I told them that their website said they had 3 of them. Nobody could find them. So, I went to a Pasadena dealership and bought one. Call me stupid, but I went back to Casa for service and had the worst Cadillac dealership service I ever had. Finally learned my lesson. Never went back.
Great video😊 of better days
Thank you😊😊❤
Glad you enjoyed it
Very Well Done!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Great to see all these vintage dealerships.
Glad you enjoyed it!
That was a great compilation of photos! Really liked this. There used to be a St. Claire Motor Company Cadillac dealership in the San Francisco Bay Area. Just can’t remember which town it was in now. I loved the look of some of those old Art Deco style buildings from back in the day.
Thank you for watching!!
Awesome photos! Things had a quality look to them back then. Thanks for sharing, great content!
Thanks for watching!
@@CaddyGirlGarage absolutely
I remember Darby-Everest Cadillac in downtown Oklahoma City. Our milk lady delivered to us in a 64 Sedan deVille from Darby-Everest. :)
There used to be a Cadillac dealer every five miles in Los Angeles from downtown to the beach
I'm surprised they didn't have Knoerzer Cadillac on here. I grew up in south Chicago and in the 1980s they advertised that they were 'the oldest Cadillac dealership in the world.' It was located in Hammond, Indiana.
I need to make a part 2
Great video Caddy Girl! At one time, I had a collection of Cadillac sales brochures 1958-1965. Not certain where they are now.
We own a 2008 Cadillac DTS in White Diamond Tricoat with a dark red canvas-pattern top. Has 89,400+ miles after a 2100 mile vacation. 30.68 mpg! I had to check my math 3 times. LOL!!
Hello and welcome to the channel!!! Find those brochures they’re awesome!! Sounds like you have a very nice modern day Cadillac!!!
I could see myself after purchasing a Cadillac. Pulling off the Dealer Lot with my Shades on listening to Nat King Cole on the Radio 😎
Right on!
How about Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong ? There is a local radio station that plays music appropriate for these cars.
@DanTheManIOM I wish I could but I would get flagged for copy rights
Such a cool video!!! It shows that they truly don’t make them like they used to!
Don’t you wish we had a time machine to go BACK!? Hey you’re cute 😉
@@CaddyGirlGarage so are you!!! 😍😍😍😍
That lady looks like the 1950s movie star Kim Novak at 5:55 !
thinking about the movie Tin Men..
Starts off with Casa de Cadillac!! Glendale I think. A landmark.
Thomas Cadillac in downtown Los Angeles was in a 10 story building and had a famous car collection. All the stars bought from them.
Casa de Cadillac in Sherman Oaks, Thomas Cadillac downtown LA and Hillcrest Motors in Bev Hills were once Don Lee Cadillac dealerships. Don Lee being the Cadillac distributor for California. Also broadcast pioneer in early radio, KHJ and KFRC for example. Started what is now KCBS-TV in LA in 1932. Operated Mutual Don Lee radio network serving west coast.
Awesome thank you so much for sharing
Nice.
Thank you! Cheers!
It would be nice to indicate the location of these dealerships.
Cadillac is no more the standard of the world.
Today's Chinese Cadillacs are horrible
