I love the entire Chrono Cross... It's just so nostalgic and magical, Yasunori Mitsuda is a genius, and this cover is perfect!
Chrono Cross is transcendental... it shows that games can be more like a dream, a journey, a real adventure. It's not only entertainment, but a living experience.
Can we get a full length of that outro?
Still one of the best soundtracks ever made. I remember There was a secret dev room ending and in it you could play back all the music in the game. I would open up my window and sit on the sill with this music playing on an endless loop on my tv just a few feet away, just enjoying the breeze and staring out over a massive overgrown field behind our house, watching the tall grass and the trees, endless blue sky.
This soundtrack is just ideal for enjoying nature.
I'll see what I can about the outro and I agree, it's the perfect music to relax to.

Summer 2000 our house was getting renovated so my family spent a few weeks in a countryside cottage. My room had a bay window that looked across rolling fields down to the river Tay; the other end of the room had a skylight with a large tree beyond it that swayed and dappled sunlight through.
I'd open both windows; the fresh summer breeze would roll in, and I'd put on my select Chrono Cross / Final Fantasy VIII playlist. My memory has never been great, but damn... I remember that.

The added guitar part right after the loop was really ingenuitive and so was the melody of the synths with the original theme! Really amazing stuff, I really thought this was a great remastering of the song!

For the classical guitar I record using two mics, a VR2 voodoo and a SE2200, some light EQ compression and Valhalla reverb. Thanks for watching!

Well in that case, my bass is line-in to my UAD apollo interface and on the plugin chain I'm using a UAD bass amplifier simulator called Ampeg SVT-VR, some EQ and compression. Hope that helps.
