Friend, I have the T210R model that fails because it suddenly restarts in the middle of the system: I tried flashing or doing the hard reset, but every time the procedure ends and the tablet starts the system I realize that nothing has changed, it continues with the same programs and user settings. What do you think could be happening?

I know this a an old post, but I'm trying to reset my wife's tablet, and once I get to the reset menu, the volume buttons do not move the selector at all. I've tried the process several times, and the up/down do not work to select the factory reset. Any help is appreciated.
If I reboot my tab will it delete all my files/videos/pics ?! I haven’t Been using my tab in so many years and I have old pics and vids .I don’t want it to get deleted 😅

Turn off the device. Press and hold Volume UP key + Home Key, while pressing these keys then press and hold Power key for a while. Release all key when Android or Samsung logo appear then you will see Android System Recovery. Use Volume keys to select Menu Use Power key to Confirm
This process did not work on my Samsung Tab A 10" still can't sign in at "verify identity screen" the whole point was to bypass the password... any ideas?

Nothing is ever really gone, shredded the device is the only way it will truly be gone. Otherwise wiping it is about the best you can do
Is there a way to go back to the previous version because I accidentally factory reset it, is it a goner?
There is no way back I'm afraid, you would have to go to a data recovery specialist

If your tablet is locked to an account there isn't a lot you can do about it I'm afraid
