This is a very dangerous supreme Court.
The entire structure of the institution has become dangerous when coupled with the politcization of the nominating process and the pipeline that one side has created of zealots trained from birth to infiltrate and undermine the impartial judciary; not to mention all the illegal and/or unqualified appointments which have not been redressed.... real action is required and it is not forthcoming from Biden or Schumer that's for sure.
Too late now! This is the Supreme of the 21st century so get used to it !

But the SCOTUS itself decides that the application of 14:3 is up to Congress. I know of at least 1 SC Justice that risks disqualification from public office.
If he wins, Biden needs to expand the court by 3 more judges.
Or we could just teach the people who fall for his crap about how the SC works. He is one wacko nutcase.

Not a clue, they are NOT referred as "chambers" anywhere in the Constitution, they ARE referred to as "2 Houses of Congress" multiple times in the only document that actually matters, the United States Constitution.
A classic is the last section of Section 3 of the 14th.

Congress should pass laws that prohibit any judge from accepting vacations, gifts, loans, etc from donors and organizations and PACS. Just do it!

That's all great in theory, but it will never happen because it's those very lawmakers that want the ability to bribe the justices with trips, "conventions," etc. This is an easier means of getting their agenda approved. Convincing 5 people whose political views already align with yours is a whole lot easier than convincing 217 others in the House, or 50 others in the Senate, to go along with your plan.

Judges should be banned from taking any vacation they don't pay for. If they can go after a DA for taking a vacation, she might not have paid for why are judges allowed to? It could be a conflict of interest in their decisions.
The Heritage Foundation should also be investigated.

He resigned, which allowed President Biden to appoint Justice Jackson. RBG should have resigned, she wasn't in good health and was 87 years old.

Justice Scalia was frequently at these "meetings" put on by donor/ wealthy business people to learn how to "read" the laws to fit the desired outcome.
This goes completely against "fair and impartial" judicial practice.
Scalia dies years ago. The justices have been USED as advocates, not impartial or studied law results.
