I remember making an egyptian god deck a while back because of one of your videos and with some influence from other yugi-tuber as well. I kinda dismantled some cards to make way for some other decks but now Ima try and rebuild it and so I can win with those cool animations!

DO NOT PULL FROM THE NEW EGODS PACK, THE CARD POOL IN IT IS UTTER GARBAGE
Better off unlocking The Great Olds secret pack and pulling from that, as it has ALL the cards in the new pack as well as all the cards you will need for Egyptian Gods.
What card should I craft to make the great old pack appear? Mostly just crafting an sr for it
@@noivern1735 SRs would be Ancient Chant, Egyptian God Slime, mound of bound creator, soul crossing, millennium revelation
But that has 8 UR Cards compared to the new one which has 5 UR Cards, so it'll be easier to get the new Ra Alt Art Card.
@@rashidhumine perhaps I should have clarified that if one is new and doesn’t have any of the Egyptian Gods cards, they shouldn’t pull from the new pack
If one has all of them already, it is perhaps preferable if one has the gems to burn for it. 12k gems and not a single alt art Ra is kind of painful.
But isn't the alternate Ra artwork only in the New Pack?
i'd run this deck but with the old version you'd make with Ancient coomer and guardian coomer with some water monsters for support, but this one looks very nice with Courts support! loved this version soo much!

@@lman2047the alt art for Obelisk is free with the login bonus and Slifer is guaranteed to be yours when you purchase the limited time bundle pack with enough gems; Ra is the only one that’s rng based so you can either get it really fast in the best case scenario, never get it no matter how many gems you use in the worst case scenario or somewhere in between. It’d make sense that Ra would be the most difficult to get out of the 3 all this considered.

Mikanko fight was funny.
The best way to fight mikanko is just pass on empty if you don’t have the outs and there’s nothing they can do, it’s weird how a lot of people actually understand what mikanko does, but still chose to make a half complete board just so there’s something for mikanko to attack.
I love an update and/or dlc that's specifically for me.

@Atem in your experience, between the Icejade-Guardian Slime engine and the poker knights engine, which is more "consistent"? Which is more fun? Have you tried the Suship-True Name engine? :)

Wow, I use a Barry on the deck. I forgot to put in those Maxi cards, but I think I have everything good right now with the deck I have, and it just won me almost four matches, so yes, this deck is pretty damn good.

The fact that Ra and Slifer could even be negated…
Normally they should have inherit protection but I do hope they give them support in a form that grants them complete immunity in the future. Maybe a monster that can act as a handtrap, special summoning itself to the field and adding a god card to hand, has complete immunity by itself and if its used as tribute material it grants the tribute summoned monster its effect in addition. It would be great to see the god cards actually being strong.
@@Kostas_Dikefalaios I think they should just get erratas and straight up buffed with some immunity and remove the immunity granting ability in Ra's Spell Support. It's already hard enough to summon the damn things without extra protection to make up for it or to continuously cycle them out of the Graveyard.
@@leoncoben6983 I would also prefer that but erratas, especially ones that buff cards, arent that common, so its really unlikely. There are much more protected cards if you think about it nowadays, they could give them their full anime protections.
Cannot be tributed or used as material. Control cannot be changed. Unaffected by effects that would make this card leave the field and monster effects. Effects and activation of this card cannot be negated. Other effects of spell and trap cards only affect this card until the end of the turn they are activated.
@@Kostas_Dikefalaios I don't know about that second part. It'd be kinda dumb to specify if such immunity is nulled against a certain card because part of what made Ra so terrifying in the anime was that it outranked both Obelisk and Slifer and could still use it's effects against them and had a higher degree of protection against their powers. But in real life that distinction should not exist so the question would be should Ra's abilities like Immortal Phoenix not work against the other two or should it work as normal? Whatever the decision that must be applied to every other card in the game and I think it's better if the God cards could properly fight against each other.
Is there not a pack for Prismatic Ra? I got Obelisk for log in and I bought the Slifer pack. Do I have to just summon on Ras banner?

Wow, soul crossing is kind of OP. I met a God player earlier on today, but I negated his soul crossing , so I didn't see how scary it was
I got inspired to build my own god card list though instead of the Arcana Knight package I swaped over to DARK MAGICIANS!

Well, we finally have god cards animated, hopefully someday they'll add the voice lines from the anime when summoning/killing blow with key cards.
They already have it in duel links
More like the distinct cries the Egyptian Gods make when they are summoned, especially the iconic screaming whistle that is Slifer.
Also, an MD remix of Gods’ Anger for the Sky Temple duel field.

So dumb question but why so many ur edtra deck cards if you dont use them? Asking so i can know if i can just run any extra deck cards instead so i dont waste materials on stuff i dont need
the extra deck consists of removals like Knightmare cards etc, so you didn't need to add anything else since the focus of this deck was in the main deck. In addition it's also functioning as a way for Extrav and Prosperity to give extra draws

Good games. Regarding the video, you should edit it some more so at the end of it there is moving the mouse and clicking over cards, just drags the duration unnecessarily.

This deck seems a lot of fun, however, i'm not sure about the engine. I mean, the numeron engine seems a little obsolete by now, but pure god support with the water icejade or the dark magician with true name engine seems to be more consistent than the poker knights, thoughts??
