Can you import models from SolidWorks and do the analysis easily in Adams? What would be the advantage dynamic simulation in Admas in comparison to Solidworks?
Hello, It is an abbreviation of the word degree (angular). So in this case "60d* time" = 60 degrees * time, so for example this part will be rotating with angular velocity of 60 degrees for 1 second.
ERROR: There is no time information for analysis .given.Last_Run. Therefore, it cannot be animated. Either read the desired results or graphics file into this analysis or enter another analysis name and try again. can you help me to overcome this error.......! If you answer me.. It will be very very useful.
Engineering programs its beginning from 9.06. the value that is calculated is xe-6 or near of it. that means its very close to zero. thats why im talking about. if there is no resistance force or smth, it would be calculated as zero. because it calculates required values.
Cem Çakmak I think it's related with method of computing of the movement equations. All results in this prgram are like in FEM only approximation of real result. So if you would set much more steps in that simulation time I think You will get more acurate results with much less value of residuals.
Yes, if simulation entered as more steps; it'll bring us more accurate and detailed solution. Of course its a simplification analysis of real life, it calculates approximate results. What i would like to say is the postprocessing at the end of video seems like that motion needs no force. If you apply frictions, accelerations (by step function), the solution changes and brings us more specific answers. Just i'd like to share my knowledge with you :).
Thank you! :)

Hi, I noticed, in the motion definition, the rotation Z is defined as "60d * time". What is the meaning for "d"? Many thanks!

why audio is turned off
Are you still active?
Do you know the reason why the force is calculated as zero? It's very critical i think because if there is no force, there will be no moment.
Could You precise that moment (time) on movie?

Cem Çakmak Yes, thank You. Maybe I will try to do simulation with friction and difflock.
I did what you showed and it doesn't work.
