Thank you! I went to buy Avery business cards and boy have they gotten expensive. I told my Hubby its just paper there has to be a way to use my Cricut to make them, and low and behold I found your video. Your tutorial was to the point and easy to follow along. My first set of BC's came out perfect.
You saved my small business SO MUCH MONEY!! THANK YOU!! I got it down to a science after about 6 attempts trying to wrap my head around what orientation I needed the paper to be in to print on the other side XD But now I have a stack of beautiful and inexpensive cards instead of waiting around for a print shop to ship them over and paying way too much :D
Thank you so much for this video, I was having such a hard time looking for videos that can teach me how to make my own business cards, I am a begginer and I was getting overwhelmed but bc of you video I was able to thank you again!
Thank you!!! This is going to save us so much money. We trach English classes for people who want to learn English. The students always tell their coworkers about classes and they want to come. So we have "pass along" cards for them. But because our supply chain is so screwed up right now STILL, we can't order the materials...so we have to have them printed for us in town. (This is through church, so it would be cheap or free to order them from headquarters, but ... yeah...)
I use to refer to another video when I made double sided business cards like years ago, but this one was so much easier to follow! Thank you for the help 😊
Nice simple video, thanks! I will say I'm so glad that I use a Mac, downloading and finding images is far easier with a Mac vs the old school windows machines.
Beautiful work! I loved how you showed each step and described the paper you were using. I did find the Koala paper on Amazon too and it had different options and great reviews. The paper I had was matt and way too thick. It worked but the quality wasn’t great. Also, I’m not sure if I’m going to do double sided but at least I have the option to try it later if I decide to. Thank you so much for this. New subbie! I’m going to purchase the paper I found today and hopefully it works! Thank you!
Loved the video. Thank you for the step by step tutorial. Very helpful for small business. Can you also make a video showing the type of printing equipment that you use? As a small business what would you recommend I purchase. Especially if I'm trying to make my own business cards, product stickers, product tags etc. I'm loving your content
Wondering if you can just apply the # of cards you need after you hit Make🤔. That also avoids the multiple copies , but not sure if the back print comes thru … I’ll test it for sure.
I usually just buy perforated business card paper put my design on and print. then tear them apart. Then I really stopped liking how they looked so I went to Vista . I still use them. However I really caught myself in a bind and ordered some but realized I would run out before the new ones came. I have a cricut and didn't even Thinsk to make them on there. HOWEVER I have a ton of cardstock and remember I had written down how to cut them out from cardstock. Now that saved me in a pinch.
So really you used Cricut's design space to better print/align your cards. But you used a printer and glossy cardstock to make them? The cricut didn't do any of the printing or cutting?
If you’re using templates it’s fine to leave the measurements locked for resizing. The lock just means that it will resize according to proportions of the template. So because it’s a business card template it will always resize properly. You only need to punch in one number either the width or height and it will adjust accordingly.
Super helpful! Thanks for sharing! What paper would you suggest to give the brightest and glossiest business cards? I want mine to really pop because they’re super colorful with mixes of black too!
Hi. How do you group all the number 2s together? Im finding it really difficult to do. I click on a number 2, then when i click on another number 2, the first number gets deselected! Please help!
Hello, I have a problem when printing page 2, it is not at the same level as page 1, what can I do please? could you help me. However, I made the alignment adjustments that you make
Hey Sunni! Maybe try to calibrate your machine? There could be a number of reasons why it doesn’t want to scan. Also try to line up your paper accurately on your cutting mat
Hey, make sure you’re aligning each one correctly. You have to group the left side separately from the right if that makes sense, and then align them. Once done group everything together… try to follow the tutorial precisely. If you’re still struggling please DM me over on instagram… I’ll try to help as best I can
Hi Caylin: I'm considering buying a Cricut Maker 3. I'm wondering whether it is possible to print double-sided on Kraft Paper Tags to place on products? I'm interested in thicker tags, not paper ones. Thanks
Don’t know how you got this video to go so bright, but I was blinded by it. Could not watch the whole thing which was too bad as this looks like an interesting and educational video.

After unevenly cutting out my business cards, i looked at my Cricut and wondered if it can't do it better... and so here i am learning how. Thank you!
I just want to say thank you so much I made my first business cards. You did an amazing job and showing how.
I use to refer to another video when I made double sided business cards like years ago, but this one was so much easier to follow! Thank you for the help 😊
Thank you from Canada 💛
I tried to follow another tutorial and wasted 3 hours before I found you. Thank you so much💛💛💛
You’re welcome 😇
You can change the colour of your work space instead of adding a shape 7:33
Thanks!
Loved how easy it was to follow. Thank.
Thanks for this! I'm opening up my own little business and wanted an easier way to print and cut out business cards!
Thanks for telling us it really helped me and do more videos like this so ee can learn new things once again thanks 😊
Nice simple video, thanks! I will say I'm so glad that I use a Mac, downloading and finding images is far easier with a Mac vs the old school windows machines.
🥰thank you so much for this!!! I love my cricut, your tutorial made it even better.
Thank you so very much for making this video! It was very well explained and the instructions were very easy to follow!! You make great videos! 😊

Will do 🙏🏻
You can color the background mat too instead of inserting the square. I’m definitely trying this business card idea. Thank you!!

So handy and Nice tutorial 👏🏼 Thank’s from Denmark.
thank you sooo much for this!! wishing you lots of blessings!! :)
❤❤❤❤ wow it’s perfect I will try this on
Thank you!! So helpful
Wow. Thank you so much
So really you used Cricut's design space to better print/align your cards. But you used a printer and glossy cardstock to make them? The cricut didn't do any of the printing or cutting?
No, the Cricut is a cutting machine. Not a printer. Unfortunately you will need a printer and consumables
thank you so much! ❤❤❤
Hihi thank you. I'm getting a low resolution warning for the 9x5 size
I get that too sometimes, go ahead and print it anyway. If the print quality is bad then try get a better quality image

It really depends. I would use silk coated or Matt coated paper
Hi I am on a Mac computer and I am having trouble selecting the number 2 as listed in the video at 10:12 how can I select them
Try hold down command (think it’s cmd)
Hi, do you have a link to your cardstock paper?
No sorry. I use a Matt coated 300gsm cardstock
Very helpful video! Great job!
What’s the paper’s brand name you used?
Magno silk from Kalideck 🙂
Hi. How do you group all the number 2s together? Im finding it really difficult to do. I click on a number 2, then when i click on another number 2, the first number gets deselected! Please help!
Are you holding down shift when you are selecting them?
@@CaylinFourie Thank you! I feel so silly! I'll do that! 🙌
Hello I would like to know, do you have a this tutorial on worksheet? If you do is there a fee?
Sorry, I don’t. I’ll try to make one and post it on the community tab… free of charge… I’ll work on this as soon as I can
Dumb question… How do you group when when you grouped 1 and 2? I’m having such a hard time on that step!!! 😩
To group, click and drag over your designs and right click and select group. Hope that helps!
@@CaylinFouriethanks girl!! Your tutorial was the only one that worked for me! It was great! Thanks for helping me out!
Same
What cricuit machine do you use? Thank you in advance
Explore air 2
hey love what. printer did you use for these?
Canon G3420 ink tank
Hi, im not able to select when I want to add the fronts and back 😭
Trying holding down shift or control to select multiple designs
Hello, I have a problem when printing page 2, it is not at the same level as page 1, what can I do please? could you help me. However, I made the alignment adjustments that you make
Please watch from 11:40
I explain this part (at least I try to). You need to move the design so it’s at the same level as page 1
What type of paper do you use I used regular cardstock and it came out In terrible quality and I always get high quality.
I use 250gsm Matt cardstock
What's the difference between using a Cricut and a regular printer?? I might be missing something.
Cricut’s cut the material into any shape you want, and a printer prints the images
What printer do you use? I have a cricut and I want to print my own business cards.
The canon g3420 ink tank
What was the name of papers to do the business cards and where to get them too
Hi, I get mine from Kalideck. Please keep in mind I’m from South Africa 🇿🇦 so your papers might be different to mine. I use a 250 gram paper thickness
Looks like there is tearout or blowout on the back side? The edge does not look smooth? Am I correct?
They were all smooth when I cut them
i finally got my prints to line up perfectly, but now my cricut won't scan the register marks. Any suggestions? TIA :)
Hey Sunni! Maybe try to calibrate your machine? There could be a number of reasons why it doesn’t want to scan. Also try to line up your paper accurately on your cutting mat
When I try this exactly like in the video and then go to print the image it says it says the image is too large. How do I fix this?
You have to make the image smaller. Standard Business cards are normally 9 x 5 cm
What would this be in inches instead of cm?
Do you mean the size of the business cards?
I move my design over to the right handside but it still won't align.
Maybe try shifting it to the other side?
When I go to Make It, they’re all aligned on the left and there’s 3 pages :( how do I fix this? I did everything the same
Make sure they’re the right size
I have the same issue. I think it's the printer which always sets things to the left. I'm not sure how to get around it
is it a program you have to pay for or is it a free program to make business cards?
It’s a program to use in conjunction with the Cricut machine
I can’t get mines to line up😩 what am I doing wrong
Hey, make sure you’re aligning each one correctly. You have to group the left side separately from the right if that makes sense, and then align them. Once done group everything together… try to follow the tutorial precisely. If you’re still struggling please DM me over on instagram… I’ll try to help as best I can

I’m sure it will be possible
how mauch grs can canon endure ??
Hey Magic Hand? Not sure what you mean by GRS?
Mine is not aligning 😫😫😫
Please explain more? Have you made your card 9x5cm?
Every time I try this I only get one mat. It won’t do two mats
There’s obviously a step that you must be missing…
"ovah- Hyeah"
who wants to work with me im making a bracelet business clay beads!
