Probably because her birthday was just now on the 16th. 😏
As for this song, Ricky Vela (one of her keyboardists) wrote this song because he was in love with Suzette (Selena's older sister and drummer) but she was about to get married.
This song can be actually be pretty much be translated as "I have no other choice."
This concert is her headlining performance from the annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, which was only a month before she was murdered.
I actually used to own the 2003 DVD of this concert, I was always a diehard fan of her as a Texan of Mexican heritage.
Suzette was Selana's older sister? How many sisters did she actually have? I thought there was only AB, Suzette, and Selena?
