I'm playing nami ap for a while now. If harvest is present as a rune, and you rush barons tooth as 2nd or 3rd item you just poke everithing into assist kill. If you move nami more in the ap side, and buy liche they confront you without expecting substantial damage. My strategy is simple, nobody expects nami to deal masive damage.
My guess is prob A tier or so, shes already in a decent spot just outclased by milio and nami in my opinion, but in some situations is better... I'll probably play a bunch of her though to figure it out

The zed teleport on the control ward allowed the teleport later to save you, zed is just big brain

Is Echoes of Helia not good in the first game? It amplifies the healing and it deals some damage, no?
helias is 2nd best on nami imo, i think mandate is way too strong on her
