All of the slabbed cards I personally own that you see in these videos are in my Fanatics Collect Vault in Tigard, Oregon. I choose to store these cards in my vault to lower costs, insure them, protect them and eliminate the concern of damage resulting from fire, flood, humidity, theft or Cajun Alligator attacks down here in Louisiana. I do not hold any of my Graded Cards in my personal possession or in my home.

The stated autograph grade I personally don't feel plays a big roll in final price, perhaps to someone new to the hobby and has no idea what they're looking at, as in they haven't familiarized themselves with them in any genre to know if it's a good example of such individual or not.. I don't need any grading company to tell me if it's a good auto or not, I can distinguish that for myself. Now if I need an autograph authenticated that's different, but pack pulled autographs are already authenticated, so on these examples shown I don't need or want anything other than a card grade. Beckett I'm pretty sure doesn't even provide it automatically anymore, you got to ask for it.. That 1/1 MJ auto certainly does not need an auto grade for a higher return, in my opinion. The folks buying that monster aren't new to the hobby going.. "duh, is that a good auto, I'm a dummy and need help.."

Let's say you got the only two cards in a PSA 10 pop that exist available or one available for purchase, that are autographed cards, one has an auto grade, one doesn't.. I guess there's potential for the auto graded one going for more, but what if the one that doesnt have the grade, clearly has the better auto, than does it? Hard research to even do possibly if there's no pictures of the other or vice versa.. I dunno, the auto thing for me is just a "Buy the card not the grade" type deal.
I think most sophisticated autograph collectors, probably think along the same lines as you Swish, however you have to remember that probably 75% of the people buying cards whether it’s autograph or not autograph do not have an eye for grading and do not look past the numerical grade assigned by the grading experts. They see the grade and price accordingly. Those are the people that dictate the secondary market and that’s why folks like you who have a good eye may find arbitrage.

A few of those cards shouldn't be in Premier I dont think. Would of been better to put into the weekly. Anthony Davis cards have no right to be in a premier

Here here. The price difference between auto grades is beyond absurd. I wish autos only had the option for authentic grades, and the buyer could decide without the subjectiveness of the grader.
