Use skincare (id recommend neostrata brand it gives fast results and removes closed comedones) and get a long flow haircut like men in the 80's. And those lips need some moisture try to exfoliate. You look like you should lean into the kpop "flower boy" type soft masculine look and you'd look attractive. You look like you don't have access to clean water.
