3 Pizzas on the Ñuke Delta Grill : Southwest Shrimp, Hawaiian & a Classic. / Shout Out to Paddy Joe

- A viewer asked me how I cook pizza on my Ñuke Delta gaucho style grill. Sometimes spelled simply as Nuke Delta, The Ñuke Delta is capable of much more that just Argentine Asado. Though it excells at asado, Argentinian style barbecue, it is very versatile unit. Because it has a lid it can do I fine job with American grilling and barbecue styles too. It is also quite effective at baking. I functions well as a pizza oven.
In this video I demonstrate how to cook pizza on it. I make three different pizzas, a classic pepperoni & peperoncini, a true Hawaiian pizza featuring SPAM and pineapple, and a southwest Tex-Amex style shrimp pizza. What ever kind of pizza you want to make I’m sure it would come out great if you use this technique on the Ñuke Delta grill.

Big Lew!!! I can’t believe you posted this video today out of all days! I was the one who requested you show us how you do pizza on your Nuke and it just happens to be my birthday today! So thank you for this!! I really enjoyed watching it. I recently got my Nuke Delta and will be making some pizza myself on my grill top pizza oven. I’ll share that with you when it’s ready. Thanks for a great pizza video love all those combinations that Nuke Delta did a great job. Pineapple is one of my favorite pizza toppings. My favorite way is to make a BBQ chicken pizza with jalapeños, gouda cheese and red onions.
Those are some good looking pizzas Big Luigi! Spam is always good, I’d skip the pineapple but it’s your pizza, you spank it. Paddy joe is a great guy, a blast to watch and he hunts spam in the wild. Have a fantastic weekend!

. I love Sam. I had a breakfast of fried rice and veggies with spam inspired by my Asian coworkers. It was great. You're pizza making skills have come a long way.
I'm in absolute pizza heaven here Big Lew all three are delicious but of course the spam and pineapple Hawaiian was my pick of the three for sure and on that, I love how you cooked that pineapple before adding it to the pizza I will definitely try that. Oh and the thin crust? Now you're talking that's the only way I'll eat pizza!!! Thank you very much for the awesome shout out too, very much appreciated😀!!!!!
Next time I’m going to add jalapeños to the spam and pineapple one. Thank you for watching and commenting. I hope the shout out helps you out. My pineapple was canned. But browning it a little gives a little caramelization to the fruit.

Now how the heck did I miss this? Man Big Lew, I love ALL pizzas and I also love using those pizza crusts! So convenient and like you, I always say you can build your pizza with whatever you want! Even spam and pineapple and I bet it was Delicious! Cheers!
