Also to respond to your answer of my question, I do too see myself needing to move or not pay attention. But i feel when i need to lay back or take a break from all of it, ASMR and your channel included, help me unwind and take it all in. I think its because the way ASMR is made, its to focus and listen all the sounds and take it all in as it goes. Your ASMR role plays and videos definitely do that for me where I want to finish them because they are genuinely so engaging and entertaining🫶
I do love rambling videos a lot! But yeah ASMR definitely helps me relax and take a moment to slow my mind down. Happy my channel can do the same for you 🙂❤️🙌
