The Actual explain of that is actually Andrena is NOT a seacreature. She is a seashore creature. Others (Orca,Helicorpion[Lets call it Shark] and Swordfish[gladiia]) are Deepsea creature. They just dont like shores but they do visit it for some hunt but Andreana cant go too deep. Shes a shore creature or she just goes to seafloor. She's not a Melee fighter like others... Thats why she prefered to not hang with them too much. Also probably The deeper the sea is the more powerful creatures are there so thats also why she's not really in Hunters but also shes not. This is my theory. In really short explaination : Sea Grew so much she grew legs becouse how dangerous those creatures are
