In Europe we use a bit of olive oil first and sauté the ingredients we want to put in the rosé sauce and after doing this we pour the tomato and the cream in the pan and finish it with parmesan cheese in order to make the sauce thicker! Every region has its own unique ways of cooking and it's so interesting to watch 😌
