The last two weeks have been busy, a little stressful, but also a lot of fun! While Ted was working at the hospital, I was working behind the scenes on getting our Airbnb listing ready, working with the city and the health department to get the required licensing and permits, making lists and putting finishing touches on the project house. On his days off, we were finalizing details and we had our final move in day! The last two rooms of this home are complete.... which means WE DID IT! We finally finished this project and the Cottonwood Koti is officially ready to be opened up to guests!
We had a successful open house during the annual Weihnachtfest, so Ted, the kids and I all stayed the night there for the first time!
It was also opening day at Giants Ridge, so you know that's where the kids have been from open to close all weekend!
We are thrilled to be able to walk you all through the home in this video! Yes, a FULL HOUSE TOUR! We'd love to get your feedback on our completed project!

We are nervous but still excited about the treehouse! Lots of red tape and hoops to jump through, but if the Lord takes us to it, He’ll certainly take us through it.
We both are very blessed to have each other. Our marriage has truly been blessed by God. There’s no denying!

I have spent several weeks watching the transformation, what a fantastic job you all have done. The frames of the hidden treasures in the walls were a special treat to the house. You will have no problem with people wanting to stay in this Airbnb. Did your neighbor like the place? Quick note: if you place the rugs upside down, place plastic wrap under the curling part of the rug and the corners, then put ice cubes about an inch apart for a day or two, depends how bad the curling, it will make them lay flat when you turn them back over. ( info for the next house😂😂) God BLESS 🙏 you and the family, and best of luck. Now take a well deserved and probably needed vacation.

Hi Jenna and Ted; one of your nutty pine cone friends dropping in to say spend some time together. It seemed like a long time from the last one and I was actually missing you guys. I really enjoyed seeing you both and also CJ, Finley, and Clifford and the others. I am so happy for you both and also thanking the Lord along with your, for giving you the strength ,faith and persistence to stick with it and see it through to this glorious finish. The house looks gorgeous, it is beautiful. The Full House Tour was such a nice idea; as it proceeded, I found myself remembering prior vlogs for each room and it's detail. What fun and happy memories to revisit. Jenna, I can see your touch and creativity throughout the entire house, both inside and out in the front area with the wooodburning heater. I myself am also a perfectionist and relate very much with you. I enjoyed the family and random scenes you included, especially you all out on the ice in the final few minutes. Even included Clifford and the others having fun also. You all were having fun and it was a great glimpse into your wonderful family. Once again, kudos for your excellence in video editing and creation. It takes a lot of time and dedication to create the quality that you do Jenna and I for one really enjoy and appreciate it very much. Have a great week ahead, get some much needed rest and just enjoy the feeling of completing that challenge. I couldn't be more happy for and proud of you all, congratulations and praise the Lord. Hi Larry! I know… it’s always kind of crazy busy around here, but we do our best to balance it all out. Between kids, animals, jobs, the project house of course, the holiday season, filming and editing- it sometimes seems we could drop one of those spinNing plates at any given moment. We are so thankful to God for keeping us grounded and motivated through our daily lives.
Ted and I love hearing that you enjoy the videos. It means a lot to us that you recognize and appreciate all the work and little details that goes into creating content like this. We do enjoy doing it- and hopefully it’ll start paying some of the bills soon! 🤣
