- I've ridden both the V4 and V2 Ducati Streetfighter on the road and absolutely loved both of them. As road bikes the V2 more than holds its own against the V4, but what about on the track?? Lets find out!!

I just love those naked Ducati's. I wouldn't be disappointed in either of them and let's not forget that Hypermotard......one of my favourite machines .

Sf v4 on track goes exactly where you point it, so stable & confidence inspiring, never gets out of shape & almost glue like in the way it sticks to the track👊✊️✊️

Thanks Paul, it really does and didn't realise when I rode it on the road how high it revs!
My OW01 is exactly the same even after I had the flat sides cleaned and rebuilt professionally.
I’ve ignored this for now and carried on with the restoration but I need to get back on the case soon.

The V4 streetfighter needs a fly screen of some description imo. Over 200bhp its a must have.

Had a decent test ride on a V2 SF. Loved it on rural biking roads...but I town the fuelling was rude to me (even in rain/nanny mode or whatever Ducati it). Would be great as a 2nd bike but not as a regular use machine - shame.

Yeah noticed I reached 151 mph, that's pretty quick on a naked! I'm not the most aerodynamic!! 🤣
v4 starts to kick above 11k and up to stratosphere :)

I like the sound of the v4 but prefer the looks of the first bike.
Agree completely V4>V2. V2 is very nice, but the V4 has this competence and polish the V2 does not. I do like how the V2 engine feels - the clattery vibe is sweet.

That v2 reminded me of when I first had mine I didn't like it at all, then I had akrapovic fitted, tuned and ohlins all round now it's a different animal you will have to borrow mine to see the difference @lambchopsrides #teamlcr

The thing that has always put me off the SF V4 is the lack of a fuel gauge & only having around 100 mile range
Yeah fuel gauge really needs to be added... the range is improved on the new one but I don't think that dramatically..
i have a 23 streetfighter v4s and my low fuel light typically comes on around 65ish miles@@LambChopRides

Getting ready to pull the trigger on either the SFV4S or the M1000R. You’ve ridden both. Which would you choose?
Personally I think M1000R... But if I was spending my money I would have to retest both again 👍

You should have asked Chris about his audio setup on the bike.
He doesn't have any audio setup on the bike. Not at uk track days he doesn't. Not allowed helmet cameras
The V2 for me is the perfect power and closest to my Hyper so I don’t have to recalibrate everything and still have alot of fun.
Then again I was ripping up V2’s and V4’s on my Hyper SP round Silverstone at the Ducati day in Fast Group 🙌🏻
How could we get on one of these track days mate?

How is there more room on the V4 than the V2? Thought they were the same size🤓
Yeah they look similar but the seat is much longer on the V4. No room to move back on the V2, it's certainly more cramped for a 6 footer when you need to hang off it. On the road no issues,.
I also think the bars are closer to you aswel on the v2 l 👍
No idea on corners at 7 minutes in …… all the gear …..
