Issues: See my other reply about batteries, not really a fault with the mower. It can develop an annoying hum or rattle. This is down to the belt loosening, so I get it tightened whenever this starts. It's only happened a couple of times, and is often after the blade has been forcefully stopped, for whatever reason. Quick trip to the dealer sorts it. It's a long mower. The front wheels stick out quite a lot, so if you have odd shaped tight areas, it just won't get in there. Not a big deal, but these areas would need separate strimming. Going up to the edges can be tricky. It's not as heavy as my old petrol beasts, considering it's size, but if you're on speed 4 you may find that you're ending up with a wheel in the borders! Easy answer is just to drop the speed down to 3 when doing the edges. Pros: It still makes easy work of large residential lawns. I can mow an acre in an hour and half. Leaving plenty of time for edging and tidying up. It's not petrol !!! Enough said. No mess, no real servicing making it ultra reliable. The adjustable front wheels have been very useful. Accompany this with the main height adjustment and you can have the mower set at some very different angles making bank mowing a breeze. The mulching attachment is well worth having. It's a very effective mulching mower with this addition and again reduces cutting collection time. If you're not mulching the bag is huge. It can be tricky to tell when it's full, so you'll sometimes leave a trail of clippings if you don't empty it in time.
Quick Question: With those big castor-type wheels at the front - how do you get to the edge of a typical lawn? (Square for example) If there was a wall, you’d hit it with them and if there was a garden bed, the wheels would drop off into it - scalping the lawn?
I was mowing until October here, with one last round in November. The mower has been coping fine, no real problems. I switched away from mulching and back to collection as mulching tends to struggle in the wet.
Hi, The mower is holding up well. I have another video coming up regarding this big field job and I have some thoughts about using the mower in that kind of environment. It was a little unfair to expect the mower to handle very rough ground, but it was worth a go. The mulching kit was hard to get hold of, and I was awaiting stock. It arrives next week so I'll stick a video up about it once it's in my hands ! Thanks for the comment.
The mower has been working faultlessly, but the residential cutting stopped end of October here really. On to cutting back, pruning and general tidying up.
Hi are you satisfaited after long time with this mower?
Would love a long term update on this mower.

Hi what was the battery count on that full garden?

Hi, good video. How does the mower cope with wet grass at fortnightly intervals? Thanks.

Is it still working? Is yours broken yet?
Yep, still going strong. From April through to September it mows roughly 3 acres per week. Not a massive amount, but enough for residential lawn work.
Nice video, hows the mower going and how is the mulching go , cheers John
